Orders a 12 pepperoni and a six in deluxe got 12 inch and a half hour later got 6 in warm and no toppings was told I still had to pay. I call this customer abuse said it was in warmer and they forgot. I will be writing other reviews

I love Cassanos
But what I got today or over the last few years is an inferior to a great restaurant like Cassanos
Sandwich had no toppings. I ordered original sub and a steak chop sub with added mushrooms no mushroom sauce though.
I feel like I should’ve went down to the dollar store and bought a microwave dinner

I feel embarrassed. This is not the quality that you expect from Cassanos
I wouldn’t of gave three dollars for both these sandwiches

I ordered a medium deluxe pizza and when l opened the box it hardly had any toppings on it, and they baked it for too long.
I’m like wow really $20 wasted l won’t be ordering from there no more but my Mom likes Cassano’s she couldn’t eat it because the crust was too hard for her to chew, l won’t be on ordering from there anymore donatos will be getting my business for now on thank you Cassano’s and God bless!!!!

Atmosphere is okay, but wasn’t too clean. Also, it cost more than $60 for our order. We expected to sit down and eat there but they brought it all out at once in take out boxes. A little awkward when you want to eat in but okay. The pizza was pretty good but they only offer thin crust and cut it into very small bite sized squares. Not what you expect when you want pizza. Overall it’s tasty but strange I’d say.

We decided to drive to the Xenia location, and it was a phenomenal choice. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the customer service was A1. I do recommend this place for a good dine-in experience with family or friends.

Cassano’s gave me my second experience with Dayton style pizza, and they make a good pie. The toppings were excellent, and I found this to be a slightly saltier and tad less crispy version of the style. The small slices were still present, and it makes it too easy to eat more than you should. They make a solid version of this style of pizza.

Having grown up on Cassanos, there are definitely things I miss but accept that they are gone. I miss the fire ovens and the extra ummph it added to the taste. And, I miss the foil lined carryout bags that retained the heat that boxes cannot. But, Cassanos is still my first thought when the pizza itch hits.

Little annoyed honestly. Since they changed locations I haven’t had a single good pizza. I used to look forward to getting Cassanos every time I came to town to visit my family. Since they changed locations I have had numerous burnt pizzas, and tonight my pizza was EXTREMELY disappointing.
I paid $35.00 for a large deluxe and a Plegia. The pizza had no cheese on it at all. Literally no cheese. All the toppings just fell off. Nothing but bread with a sprinkling of sauce under. In addition, the sausage was dry and gray. It looked and tasted like a completely different sausage.
I’m not sure what changed at this new location, but the pizza is substantially worse. I can’t see myself coming from Columbus to get something unique in the area and choosing Cassanos again.
Attached the pic of a sad, cheese-less slice. Literally not a single shred of cheese on there.
Unacceptable.
Order was for Forrest on May 13, 2023. Approximately 5:45pm. I’m not the type to call in and complain, I just won’t ever come back.

Found a hair sticking out so I pulled it out of the cheese. Thought ah well it happens I’ll just eat around it. Then I looked and seen another hair, then another. I found a very abnormal amount of hair in my food and the manager preferred to give me a credit rather than a cash refund. I’ll be grossed out about Cassanos for some time to come.
