This location has always been very good.
I dont like alot of locations but this one does it right. been eating here since i was very young. Quite often i come out and visit my father in the area and we all have pizza from here. Just finished enjoying pizza night as im writing this. Made me think i should pop on here and write a quick good review.
The crust at this location is always perfect!

After living in Dayton for 20+ years, I am still perplexed why Cassanos pizza is still in business. I was forced to eat it again recently. Nothing has changed. It is low quality pizza with an insane amount of salt to ‘trick’ people into thinking that they like it. Thin crust but not crispy. Low quality cheese. Sugary sauce. Sparse toppings. TONS of salt. The worst part is that it is also very expensive! An extra large pizza weighs only about a pound! Its a total rip-off. Locals gush over it. Take a look around at the locals…that says it all. Anybody who has ever experienced life outside of the cultureless pit of despair known as Dayton has had probably had ‘real’ pizza and would NEVER eat this garbage again. For God’s sake…even Detroit has good pizza!

Priced too high. Crust was VERY tough and couldn’t chew it like old dough. Big cheese didn’t have any more cheese than the second pizza (a deluxe). I am DONE with that location.

Was told 20 minutes for pick up. Took an hour for pick up. Was late to my event. Said they’ve been busy all day so not sure why wait times were not updated.

Probably the friendliest pizza guy I’ve encountered and obviously 10 out of 10 pizza.

Great pizza! Good price for quality. It’s much better than some famous brands.

Worst pizza I’ve had in years. Dried out and cold. Ingredients looked, smelled and tasted cheap and old. Onions were either dehydrated or so old that they dried up. Black olives were old and super strong smelling & tasting. My car stank of them. And how does an entire piece have none of the 4 toppings? Probably the best bite of the pie. Didn’t find out, we both had one bite and threw the rest into the garbage.

Cassanos is absolutely the best pizza around. That salty crust is cooked just right. The Italian sausage is delicious. I am glad that I get to go to Dayton regularly in the fall so that I can pick one up.
