Pizza tasted like soap especially the green peppers. They obviously dont clean the vegetables befor cooking them. Service was basic didn’t even ask if we enjoyed the food. Everyone was sick later.

$40+ just to have to send one back it was doughy and arrived very cold. Got the replacement and the same thing. Cassano’s is my absolute fave but lately it just isn’t worth the price. The delivery driver however was very apologetic. I just wanted the quality you all used to have.

As a long-time customer, I’ve noticed a significant decline in topping portions recently. I was offered a $10 credit when I raised the issue, but the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, the quality no longer justifies the price. I recommend considering other options.
