I’ve been so excited about Cassa since they opened this location. We were told the falafel was the best you’d have, and oh my goodness – it was the best falafel I’ve ever had in my life. It was so fresh and crispy. All of the options were delicious, we wanted to add everything to it!!! Their service and team members are incredible and very helpful and kind. We felt so welcomed and instantly knew this was going to be a new go-to. Thankful for many vegan options!!

Wow rarely do I feel as strong as I do now to leave a review unprompted, but this place is SO GOOD. I popped in randomly because I was in the shopping complex and have been meaning to try – I am so glad I did! We got beef and chicken quesadillas, a cup of their chicken noodle soup, brownie and a smoothie. Everything was incredible and actually tasted like real, fresh food. I was definitely hungry, but everything reallyy hit the spot today.
I also have to mention the owner is super nice! We chatted a little and from the moment I walked in he made me feel welcome. It felt very much like a family joint where he cares to know his customers as opposed to a standard fast food type place.
Overall, I’m incredibly impressed and can’t wait to go back. Cleveland needs more places like this.

The cuisine is exceptionally fresh, and it offers a delightful experience for your taste buds. We consistently have leftovers for lunch, and the flavors remain just as enjoyable the following day. We dined in at Cassa and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant was very clean, well-kept, and had restrooms available, which is always a plus.
The menu is a great size with tons of delicious options, including the ability to build your own bowl so you can customize it exactly how you like. Everything sounded so good it was honestly hard to choose!
We tried the falafel, and it was phenomenal—hands down the best falafel I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. We also ordered the chicken quesadilla, which was excellent, along with the chicken shawarma sandwich and fries. Every single item was a 10/10. We sampled a few different sauces, but the house white sauce was our favorite—absolutely delicious.
This was our first time visiting, and we will definitely be back.
The service truly stood out. The gentleman who helped us with our order was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took the time to explain all the different options and went into detail about the menu items, which made the experience even better.
Highly recommend Cassa—great food, great service, and a great overall vibe.

I highly highly recommend Cassa! The food is modern middle eastern/moroccan fusion cuisine, and it is amazing! You can taste the high quality ingredients they use, and the ingredients are so unique from other places. Everyone working there was so hospitable and welcoming! I can’t wait to come back here and try other items on their menu!

The falafel bowl was fresh and delicious. There are plenty of vegan options, and the owner was helpful in pointing out which items were vegan. The atmosphere was great, the space was very clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
