A small gathering place for dinner and eventys. Offering hand crafted dishes, small-batch spirits and a timeless atmosphere. A sister restaurant to Cork and Rye Gastropub located in the same plaza built in late 2025 for larger parties and private or semi private events.

Cask Restaurant & Bar is our favorite local dining gem! The vibe is relaxed, the place looks great, and the staff is always friendly. The food is really good. It’s a small spot, so I recommend making a reservation. Definitely one of those places you can go for anything—date night, a quick bite, or just to hang out.

Tonight was our first time at Cask as a late Valentine’s Day dinner. Jen and Giovanni were amazing they found flowers from the Valentines weekend and had them brought as a place setting for our table. The atmosphere was warm inviting and elegant. My wife started with the French onion soup that she raved about. I started with the bacon wrapped dates and they were superb. We also ordered the Parker rolls with house made maple butter they were warm soft and great by them selves but the butter definitely elevated the dish. I ordered the grilled filet which was cooked perfectly medium rare and my wife had the Calabrian chicken pasta. The chicken was juicy, tender and had a perfect crispy skin. The pasta was perfectly cooked. For dessert my wife got the apple crisp which was again perfect. It was warm gooey, with a perfect crunch from the crisp and the ice cream on top chefs kiss. We will definitely visit Cask again as well as Cork and Rye. Absolutely amazing cuisine, great staff with keen eye for hospitality.

I’ve been wanting to try this and as we were deciding on which restaurant to go to for Valentine’s, this became the obvious choice. Great atmosphere! Although it gets pretty cold whenever the door opens. We had the clams special and crab wedge salad to start. Both pretty good. I had the miso cod and my husband ordered the paella; both based on recommendations from our server. Both were delicious! I honestly think it’s the best cod I’ve ever had; very tender and flaky and well seared. The paella was really tasty with lots of succulent seafood, but I wouldn’t say it’s very traditionally prepared; a well-made paella will have the crispy, caramelized layer of rice that forms at the bottom of the pan called socarrat. Although tasty, the rice we were served was mushy almost like a risotto. Nevertheless, my husband enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be going back to try other dishes from their menu!

First time here a month ago. We made a reservation. We ordered a few apps and two entrees. Unfortunately our server didn’t write what we ordered down so one of the entrees was wrong. I ordered paella which was really good and my partner ordered the steak. Instead we got salmon and the steak. They took both back to kitchen and then the manager brought back the steak and suggested we eat the steak while we wait for the other entree. But the entree wasn’t supposed to be shared so we said no we will wait for both at the same time so we can eat together. It was a little strange. We waited awhile for both entrees to come back. My partner said the steak was really tough and fatty. He wasn’t a fan. The paella was good and spicy though.

Tonight was our first meal although we’ve eaten at their sister restaurant dozens of times. The food was superb. We had short ribs and paella and they were outstanding. What impressed me the most is that the mashed potatoes ( substituted for sweet potatoes) and the garlic spinach were amazing. I expected the short ribs to be excellent and they were but the sides were equally good. Service was great as has always been the case next door at Cork & Rye. This is a gem of a restaurant–you’ll love it!!

Friends brought us here tonight. Lovely atmosphere. Our waiter was phenomenal. We specified how we like our cocktails made and they were perfectly executed. The tuna crudo with fried capers was excellent and calamari was tender and cooked to perfection. All entrees (steak, salmon and cod) were delicious. Highly recommend. It is a bit fancier menu than their sister restaurant next door. Some people dressed up, some casual and bar was full by the time we left. They’ve done a wonderful job with the decor and everything we ordered was terrific!!

Cask is a vibe that Warwick needed! As you approach the entrance it’s mirrored glass, walk into brick exposed walls, contrasting color pallettes that compliment each other. Upscale and chic, whether you sit at the bar or in the corner booth, it’s cozy and inviting. Service is top notch, attentive and welcoming. Food is excellent – you can tell they put a lot of thought and detail into everything from the ingredients to plating. The food is high quality and as fresh as it comes. A great place for date night, or a get together with friends. Highly recommend and has easily become my new favorite spot.

We have been anticipating Cask’s opening and it did not disappoint. We were seated right away and our server introduced himself and brought us menus and went over them with us easily. The atmosphere is intimate with soft music and dim lights. The exposed brick made you feel like you were stepping into an upscale speakeasy, and the thoughtfully crafted cocktails just added to the ambiance. Everything from the stemware to the cutlery was on point. We started with the Calamari. It was tossed with arugula and accompanied by a smoked tomato aioli, served with diced cherry peppers and a grilled lemon. 10/10. For entrees, we had the Braised Short Rib which was melt-in-your-mouth tender. It came with garlic spinach that was cooked perfectly, crispy onions, and grilled sweet potato. There was a subtle caramelization to the sweet potato that even elevated that from what should have been a basic side to something with more depth and great mouth feel. 10/10. Salmon Oscar ordered medium. I believe it was topped with Jonah crab and hollandaise sauce. Accompanied by asparagus and pureed potatoes. The salmon was a wonderful medium, not overcooked at all and the flavor of the crab with the hollandaise was bright. The potatoes had no business being so good and again even the asparagus was noteworthy. All the flavors really worked well together. 10/10. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese. Pasta was cooked well and I really liked their choice of mezzi rigatoni, they captured the sauce amazingly. Overall the experience was outstanding. I can not wait to sample more of the menu.

Best new restaurant in Rhode Island. It hits on all cylinders, food, atmosphere, and staff. I went the first night it opened and it was already on point! Ordered the paella and it was better than Spain which is hard to do!
