Delicious chicken mole on special – handmade tortillas were wonderful! My family had the carne asada tacos and quesadillas and really enjoyed them. Quick service – order at the counter and the food is brought to the table. The chips are made from handmade tortillas as well – thick and delicious. And there’s a nice salsa bar. We’ll be back!

The food is always fresh and tasty. The meat is perfectly seasoned not salty or greasy. My favorites are the green enchiladas with carne asada or just the classic carne asada tacos. They have plenty of homemade salsas and go very well with the chips you get when dining in. All the food goes perfectly with the fresh aquas Frescas! We will keep coming back to this restaurant.

Legitimately the best nachos I’ve had in a long time. Al pastor nachos, add lettuce (don’t come at me, I like lettuce on my nachos). Homemade chips, tasty flavorful meat. Yummy salsas at the salsa bar. Highly recommend!

Had two asada tacos at Casitas Tacos and they were absolutely spectacular. The handmade tortillas were fresh and soft, the meat was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the grilled chilis added a great little warmth that tied everything together.

The only minor note for me was the salsa — it was much milder than I expected — but honestly, even with that, the tacos were so good this is still a 5-star spot. Quality like this is hard to find.

First time and definitely not the last. Tacos (Al pastor and carnitas) were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Chicken rolled tacos were also delicious. Portions are very reasonable for the price.
Tried two of their salsas – delicious. Corn tortillas are made in-house and are the right thickness – strong but not heavy.
Chips were also tasty – light and crunchy. Staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time on New Year’s Day and had breakfast. The chilaquiles were delicious. My friend got a breakfast plate as well and said it was very good. The people who work here are very friendly and provide excellent service. Home made tortillas!!! Excellent we will be back!

We just moved to Mission Viejo and found this place. We love Mexican food and have been to many places at all price ranges. Casitas Tacos beat them all in a tiny little place. Great friendly service, large menu selection, best home made tortilla chips and salsa, and the food is incredibly delicious. Love this place and will keep coming back.

This place advertised homemade tortillas so I had to try it. Sure enough, the tortillas were soft and tasty. I ordered the chili relleno combo (that means it comes with rice and beans). The relleno had a light coating, which I prefer to some of the thicker coatings some places use. However, I thought the cheese stuffing was too chewy, like a mozzarella, and the sauce, while tasty enough, was a bit bland, as were the beans and the rice. There is a nice salsa bar containing different selections of salsas both mild to spicy, and pico de gallo is also available. The entire place, including the restroom, was clear and neat. There are tables both inside and outside, which is a nice option. Plenty of close parking, and prices are good.

Tried this place for the first time today and it was amazing!! Had one shrimp taco and one al pastor taco that were so flavorful and the homemade tortillas were the best. Can’t wait to come back for Taco Tuesday!
