Cashew Gai Thai is a gem. I ordered the Pad Se Ew and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked noodles, peak flavor, and generous portion. Everything tasted fresh and the price was very reasonable!

Been here multiple times, every time the food is quick, homemade, and delicious. I’ve ordered like half the menu so far and everything has been great. Food is reasonably priced, and the people that work there are great. Definitely recommend!

It’s a food truck only with outdoor seating. But food was EXCELLENT. Very well seasoned and full of flavor. Also VERY fresh ingredients. Prices are very reasonable too.
I do enjoy Thai semi frequently and this is definitely better than average.

My partner and I get Cashew Gai Thai very often, and it is our favorite Thai place in town! Their pad see ew is my favorite and he loves their khao pad fried rice! We also like to get their Thai iced tea every once in a while and it’s very good. Wish more people knew about this place 🙂

This is a FOOD CART. Seating is at outdoor picnic tables only. I went there with a friend because Cashew Gai advertises vegan and GF food, both of which my friend needs. We didn’t realize it was a food cart (I don’t think the website said) and walked right past it at first, because it is parked behind another cart. … Not obvious from the sidewalk. There were a several vegetarian and GF meal options. The prices were reasonable, the wait was not long, the food was tasty, the staff were pleasant. Weather was chilly and it was dark so we took our food back to his hotel. 10/10 would go again. Would enjoy eating there in warmer weather.

Ordered pad Thai here with requests of no fish sauce or egg(I’m vegan). I was nervous they’d forget or not see my request but when I received my food they had, and not only that they clearly labeled it on the box. Beyond the service the food was great and affordable! This is definitely a new staple for me when I’m in Eugene.

They have the best Cashew Gai in Eugene! and their prices are affordable. I also tried their Pad thai and they are good too! I highly recommend this food truck. I will be coming back to try more of their foods but right now my favorite really is the Cashew Gai.

Excellent Thai food, smells and tastes delicious! The noodle dishes are my favorite. Great option for lunch and dinner, as well as vegan and gluten-free diets. The father and son are friendly and work fast. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get which is a lot. Been coming here for a couple of years and will continue to support this local family owned business.
