Upon pulling up, you see the drive-thru so I’m thinking fast food, but in reality, it is fast and it is food but the quality is amazing!!
We walked inside and placed our order at the counter with the employee who greeted us with such a warm smile! The hubs ordered the cashew chicken combo and I ordered the large beef lo mein because the difference between a regular and large is $2.
If you eat in, you get to have their soup bar for free. Your options are egg drop soup and hot and sour. Both are so delicious and some of the best we’ve ever had.
Our food was delivered to our table as if it were a fast casual restaurant, which we totally weren’t expecting.
The portions are huge and isn’t overly salted. We don’t normally eat a lot of salt in our meals and are always worried that restaurant food would be salty, but here, it is lightly salted and you can always add more salt if needed. Please note that even though it’s not salty, that doesn’t mean it lacks flavor. This place totally understands flavor and it’s awesome!!
Also, the inside of the restaurant is CLEAN! Yes, restaurants are supposed to be clean but this place is super clean. The windowsills, pillars, tops of the booths, every surface is immaculately clean!!

Highly disappointed with the total experience. We are visiting Springfield for a funeral. Our family wanted cashew chicken and decided on your place over all the other choices in town. I placed an online order. I got to the restaurant in the pouring rain. They said it was all bagged up. (I should have checked it!) I get all the way back to the hotel , still in the torrential rain only to find out they left out 2 meals. I called and told them so I drove back over. The lady in charge told me she was confused and said everything was in the bag when I left and acted like I was not telling the truth. She finally gave me the two dinners they forgot the first time. This whole experience was beyond frustrating…. This will be our last visit!

I got the sweet-and-sour chicken. Portions are great. Came with rice eggroll and crab Rangoon for only $10.49. It only had one vegetable sliced carrot and two pieces of pineapple in the mix. Definitely needed more vegetables.
The reason for the low star is the chicken was very dry, overcooked, and the batter is just like a fried chicken batter, not being light crispy batter. That is the normal fair for sweet and sour chicken. Don’t know why they’re doing it this way but it’s just made the chicken tough and too crispy and hard. Everything else was good. Crab Rangoon had plenty of crab and cream cheese and eggroll was small but delicious.

The place looks ok, it’s clean and the reviews are good so we dropped in on our way through town. The food was TERRIBLE and I had to flag down someone after 5ish minutes of standing in the lobby for them to get off their phone and take our order. We were only able to eat about 1/3 before deciding it was just not worth it. Maybe this is on par for the area but it was inedible. Cold and hot at the same time like it was reheated or microwaved.

I think this is the best low-cost cashew chicken place in Springfield. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The teriyaki chicken. Is amazing and so is their sweet and sour chicken. The parking lot is large and easy to find a spot in. This restaurant, is conveniently located just off Sunshine on Enterprise across from the car wash.

This was my 1st eating here and I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken combo to go! It is the best that I have had so far! It was SO fresh with crisp, not soggy or overcooked vegetables. The combo came with rice, 2 wontons, and an eggroll. The wrap of the wontons and eggroll were amazing again, crisp and not soggy or burned. I will definately be back often!

I wait for this delicious moment every year…and sometimes, if I’m lucky twice a year. Texas, especially the DFW area, is rather lacking in any sort of decent Chinese cuisine. So, to visit my hometown and chow down here, with the same quality of flavor, every time, only makes me miss this little spot that much more when I have a hankering for good Chinese!!! Chinese Chef, may this long-standing relationship that we have never change and never end
