Went in this location approximately 7pm… NEVER AGAIN!!!! There was 2 cashier’s…the blonde hair lady speaking Spanish was ignoring the line of people talking to some man wearing socks and no shoes. The other cashier was very polite and professional. The young men that was working the kitchen area…making my 2 pizzas was also very polite and professional! As I grabbed my order and went outside….the blonde hair lady/employee was out in the parking with about 5 young boys…. recording them fight. Smh not a good environment/look for Casey’s

Don’t get a Casey’s car wash subscription. It you want to waste your money go ahead. This car wash is constantly broken or turned off. Save yourself and get your car washed somewhere else!!

This is definitely the worst Casey’s I’ve been to, and since I travel for work daily, I make a lot of stops. Many months ago they stopped allowing even adult, paying customers use the restroom overnight “because kids play in there”. Now they don’t ever open them. There is always a bunch of junk stacked in the walkway to go to the bathroom. I understand that places are short-staffed but EVERY other Casey’s manages to keep the restroom open. They also are listed as 24-hour, and again, I know the world has staffing issues, but several times a month I have to drive somewhere else because the store is closed and they have all the lights over the pumps shut off (the pumps are operational but I’m not going to stop to fuel up in the pitch dark in that neighborhood). You also have to be prepared to be harassed for money, as this store has people that have made residence on or near the property. I barely feel safe going there in the light of day.

It’s the standard Casey’s on 13th Ct., but they have a terribly maintained car wash. It is often down, and when it does work, it leaves a spotty wash or does something crazy like not rinse the soap off your car at the end. I’ll try it every month or so, reasonably expecting it to be fixed, but nope. This last time, the terminal just took my money and didn’t even turn the wash on. I guess I’m done trying. One amusing note is that their “car wash down” sign has been removed from the frame, but the frame is still sitting there. And none of the display lights that indicate whether the wash is functioning or not are lit. I guess they enjoy to keep people guessing? Stay away.

Casey’s used to be a high-end gas station it seemed like and then they started popping out these stores like a rabbit in heat and I don’t know if it’s the general managers the corporate but whoever is higher than the staff does not care about the facility or care to stalk anything and keep things consistent such as the fountain pop maintaining a clean store maintaining a clean restroom I don’t know what’s going on lately like I said but I hopefully somebody figures it out and fixes this problem because it seems like majority all cases are going downhill. Sad because it used to be one of my favorite places for a gas station.

The carwash in this location is hardly ever operational. My wife purchased a carwash membership and I’ve driven to this location multiple times with the intent of getting a carwash and I’m almost always disappointed.

Online it says they’re supposed to open up at 5am! They never open at 5am usually don’t open until 5:10-5:20am! It’s 5:08am now and no one is here yet to open.

Ordered from them. They ignored my courier for half an hour. When they got my order to me I realized they only sent half the order. So I had to send for the second half. THEN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE REST OF MY FOOD? They for real held it hostage!? Like $30 worth of food too!
Highway robbery. I tried calling they wouldn’t pick up. My courier tried the manager but apparently IT WAS the manager they had been speaking too.
Any way it’s been an hour. My toddler is now late for dinner and for bed.
If I could I would’ve paid extra to NOT do business with them.

I absolutely love this store. The manager and the staff on shift during the day do an amazing job. I am a regular here and am glad to have people in Omaha like Janet running a Casey’s. The staff are always friendly and they work constantly.

24 hour store locks the doors. Won’t let customers in. About 6 customers were turned away while typing this. Saw one of three employees try to go out the door, he couldn’t get out that way.
Edited to add: as I finished typing this the person who delivers the newspaper came by. It was 47 minutes after the hour. The door was uunlocked and the employee who locked it decided to step outside and have a smoke. He gestured towards the now unlocked door. I drove away. I’m not spending any money at a 24/7 business that locks the doors.
