The worst Casey’s that I have been to, hands down, and I have been to a lot all across Nebraska. There is trash everywhere on the floor, stacked against the wall, and is just overall filthy. I needed to use the restroom but all the restrooms, both the men and women’s were out of order. Both restrooms out of order? That was literally why I went there but not only were they not working but nobody told me for several minutes.
I got a drink from the fountain and it took the cashier forever to ring me up, an abnormally slow time. I’m not saying they were under the influence but it was strange and something I haven’t experienced before.
I then got back to my car and sure enough, the fountain drink was LITERALLY WARM like room temperature warm. It was also flat. That was the cherry on top. I absolutely believe this is one of, if not the worst Casey’s in Nebraska that I have been to. I would not recommend going here unless they change some things.

I normally come to this Casey’s because it’s on my bus route every weekday There was a heavy sector, getting ready to clean the bathrooms, which I can use every day when I buy my Casey’s orange drink, and being on the bus restrooms are not easily accessible. Well, she yelled. The bathroom is closed and was slamming stuff in the bathroom. she needed to be working on the inside of the store and in the parking lot where it’s really dirty, but Casey’s doesn’t have to worry about me coming there anymore. She was really rude.

Bad experience shopping here. The sign for gas said $2.94 and the pump said $2.99 I asked the cashier how I can get the cheaper price and his response was the signs are broken. This is false advertisement and they should not display inaccurate pricing just to get customers to come in. Do not shop here for gas!

I ordered a pizza via the phone. That canceled my order. Nobody told me they were out of cheese. I drove all the way to the store. Waited 20 minutes outside only to go in to find out that canceled. My order don’t waste your time. They didn’t have shredded cheese.I can’t imagine a pizza place not having shredded cheese

It is not inviting when you go into this Casey’s. Stopped by today for coffee and the coffee was horrible I couldn’t even drink it. The service is ok at the register just very slow and no sense of urgency at all. When u have people waiting in line you should spend more time ringing people up and less time entertaining. The atmosphere feels like no one cares like it’s a kick it spot. When yall gonna do something about it instead of just apologizing for your employees and keeping it the same. Smh.

It’s alway GOOD to visit Bucky’s GOOD people, GOOD places, GOOD products, GOOD prices, GOOD petroleum! Also something I’ve never seen. It’s a step for shorter people (kids?) to use sink and mirror. And how GOOD is that?

With 10 people working there I’d think they be able to make and keep the place clean themselves lol but seen a weird memo to customers while trying to get a drink but unfortunately their whole fountain pop machine was down so I just left.
