On Thanksgiving day (November 27, 2025), I visited Casey’s General Stores. I purchased fuel, as well as the $11 “Shine” car wash. Upon completion of the car wash, I noticed my passenger side mirror was severely damaged during the wash (see photos). The plastic is broken, and the main structure of the mirror is in poor condition. I folded my mirrors in due to the tight confinement of the car wash entry. I don’t wash my truck very often, but was recommended to this car wash. I was very excited to finally have a clean truck on Thanksgiving!
I spent $11 and incurred nearly $200 in damages to my vehicle. Unfortunately, you can’t purchase just one singular mirror, so now I have to buy two new mirrors, PLUS the cost of dismantling/labor/installation, etc. My truck was not damaged prior to entering the car wash, now it’s damaged. I work really hard to have a nice vehicle, so I’m very much frustrated. I doubt Casey’s would care to make it right, so here’s a 1-star review. I wouldn’t recommend going to this car wash. Take your hard earned money (and nice vehicles) elsewhere, I really wish I would have.

This Casey’s is only a few blocks from my home, so I go there often.
The staff is always polite and professional.
The store can sometimes be cluttered due to the staff trying to restock in between customers.
I’ve never gotten any bad food from this location.
I am very much involved in culinary arts and in food safety. Yesterday, my son and I stopped in to get ourselves beverages. While doing so, an employee was restocking the slushie bar and had dropped a small stack of lids. Often times, the employee would just put them in place to be used by customers. The employee didn’t do that, she threw them in the trash. I feel this action deserves to be recognized because it is the correct way to handle food related items when dropped on the floor. Kudos to the employee and to whomever trained her, THE RIGHT WAY!

I love Casey’s pizza! They have the best crust and they are generous with their sauce and cheese toppings. My favorite is the Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. But I’ve also had the meat lovers pizza and it is delicious.

Didn’t get anything inside, just gas for the bike so win win. When I have gone inside the place is always clean and the staff is friendly enough that I keep going back. So I’d say they are doing a bang up job!!

I will never get hot food from here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got one of the breaded pork sandwiches and a few hours later I began vomiting among other problems. Spent 2 days recovering from it and I will never get any food from here again.

I try to go to my local convenience store owned locally as much as possible but once in a while I like some Casey’s pizza and food. These guys at the new Casey’s were very interactive and on the ball suggestive selling doing a great job. When I asked about a product that I usually find a Casey’s they directed me to new products that they have in place of those and we’re doing a great job of selling it which didn’t take much because I was hungry and I knew it was going to taste good but they did a good job anyway. Even letting me know prices of thing I mentioned that I go to convenient stores for a search so managers, these guys are doing great.

I do enjoy caseys. I like their reward system and their prices. Their pizza is fantastic you have to try it. Side note, don’t go there if you need to put air in your tires, damn thing is like a McDonald’s Ice cream machine. You never know if it will be operational or not.

I come in to this Casey’s every Tuesday and Thursday omw home from college around 315pm. I drive 1.5hrs so I’m always looking for a slice of pizza to hold me till I get home. Every time I go in there the pizza holders are empty and if there is any pizza it’s cheese. Employees are in the back kitchen chatting it up with the radio blaring. This place is a joke. I end up leaving and driving to the next station on the 400 for a bite to eat.

Me and one of my co workers came in to get some sandwiches on our 30 minute lunch break. This store is closer to the hospital so we thought we wouls give it a try. Also, this was my first time being in this new store. We stood there longer than expected to have someone help us. Then we were told it would be at least 25 minutes before he could make some sandwiches because he was busy. I was very disappointed and probably will not be returning. I suggest get some more help. Pretty ridiculous.
