My most recent trip to Casey’s in Stover we ordered a taco pizza which is one of our favorites. That pizza came out absolutely wonderful. It was hot and it seemed like it had the correct portions on it it just looked really good. Staff is very friendly here pizza was done exactly when it said it would be I’m checking out with a breeze even though I was using two coupons from a negative purchase at a different location. Just wanted to write this place a five star because they did such an amazing job

Ice machine was down the employees were told it was out. Girl in kitchen was told it was out she replied they were aware of it then proceeded to get on her personal phone very rude and unprofessional. I’m 63 picking up a bag of ice to help the other girl load the soda machine with ice. While the other girl is in the kitchen on her phone. I asked the person at the counter what her name was. Kylee was her name. She’s very lucky that I didn’t make a scene in that store. We go to that station almost every weekend and I am a member on the app I will never go back into the stover store again and probably will avoid going in to any of them. I know you have cameras in all the areas of that store and it’s corporate’s responsibility to look at those cameras. June 8 from 840 to 905 am. 20 mins in that store. Casey’s corporate Look at the cameras this young girl is worthless you should do better than that. I’m done with Casey’s.

On Wednesday, May 13 at 6:15 I tried to call Casey’s to order a pizza. The line was busy for at least 30 minutes- I kept trying every little bit. Finally no busy tone and a girl answers but immediately asks me to hold – ok – I get it they are busy. Nope!! I am on hold more than thirty minutes waiting for the girl to come back to the phone. Now I understand the thirty minutes of busy signal – didn’t take the person before me order either!! They were just socializing and cutting up but obviously not interested in making pizza for anyone!!

I was mocked and felt uncomfortable by the cashier because I asked for a bag to make it easier to carry my items. Very unprofessional and demeaning to customers.

I always have one problem after another with their pizza. Waited 2 hours once because they lost my ticket and were so backed up apparently. Keep in mind there is no selection of restaurants in this town. Today they tried to over charge me for the 2 for $9.99 because they wrote it down wrong then argued with me over it. Many of the employees are rude and don’t care about the customers only with socializing with each other! Just take my advise and travel 7 miles to versailles!

Often from 5-10am out of the coffee you want. Often out of the cups you want for coffee when the stock room has the coffee/cups. Take care of your store and treat your customers that do your job with no complaints better.
