Very very disappointed in this store over the past couple of months! Pizza is no good! Not cooked or too thin you can’t even pick it up! This store used to be my favorite! The employees BLAST music and take forever to come to the register!
And today we ordered pizza. Said it would be 25 mins..hour later..they say that they can’t find my 50$ order. For them to look for 15 mins and then say oh yes here it is ..for
our taco pizza to not be taco. Just beans and beef..like where’s the lettuce..chips..tomato’s..sour cream..and salsa?! Nor did we have any sauce for our 2 orders of bread sticks? And yes you charged me for a taco not beef. Will not be back. I’ve also tried to call back for an hour and complain and noone will answer…hmm

2..i thought i would try Casey’s again.. My mistake.. i ordered a large thin crust pizza $23.77 and they put the very few ingredients, that they did put on it, right in the center.. 1/2 the pizza could of been called cheese pizza.. This place is pathetic… If you want good pizza in Monroe City, order it from Family Restaurant or the Dugout Bar..

Not to happy! Ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks on 02/26/2021 at 8:02pm they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I go back in 15 minutes later to pickup them up. Come to find out they forgot to put them in the oven. So I have to wait another 15 minutes. Poor customer service. Didn’t say sorry or anything. It wasn’t busy.

Let me start by saying. I’ve never had a problem in the past the pizza’s until Thursday night. I bought 2 supreme pizzas center of pizza was not done all the way. We ate half of one before we noticed and it caused everyone to get sick. Now stuck with pizza that isnt cooked and no refund very disappointed.

Don’t order food from here. They are slow and always an hour or two behind no matter what time you place order. Something wrong with points being added they can’t help you. They don’t know how to run the food service properly or help with any issues.

Everytime I go in to the store the employees are always stocking and busy through out the store.Friendly and courtesy also. Coffee was fresh and the cake donut with sugar & cinnamon was delicious.
