I walk in there and the worker Ron and manager Annie gave me very poor customer service as in following me and my daughter around the store and I asked why and they said it was because my color. Never again will i go to this casey’s and they gave false advertisement. Terrible performance.

Cashier Ron was watching my black children standing closely by them as they were picking out snacks for me to buy them. Not once did he watch the white people in there or walk past them. I spoke to the manager Annie and she had a terrible attitude and said it’s his job to make sure nobody is stealing. I said only people of color huh? She said “if that’s the case yes” I bought chips that were advertised as 2 for $7 and when it was rang up it didn’t ring up what the advertisement read. I had Annie the manager come over and look at the sign and said “you can’t read it’s no longer valid” I told her it’s very fine print under and if the sign is no longer valid it should have been taken down. This is not only discrimination but pure ignorance. I will be contacting corporate as well as someone to evaluate the professionalism of the employees at this store.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. First of, the old man worker named “Ron” was staring at me and my friend, practically leaning over the counter but paid no attention to the white ladies strolling around the store. And walked up to us staring, not saying a word, twice. After a misunderstanding occurred with a chip deal, the manager “Annie” was very disrespectful saying things like “What you can’t read?” and also were saying micro aggressions to my friend who is a POC. Never coming here again. Terrible workers, working at a gas station for a reason.

If you’re disabled or elderly I don’t recommend you stop here in the middle of the night early morning to use the bathroom and get a few things. Because he doesn’t know how to leave a pathway from the closest door to the bathroom not being ableist. And when I try to say something because I was very frustrated he told me that I had to leave or he was going to call the police. His fragile ego couldn’t take any corrections. Or pointing out the fact that he’s ableist! And doesn’t think of someone that can’t walk very far and how he made it harder! So he made it even more harder on me! That’s his character. Very typical. I’m used to it, especially of men and especially of people who think less of women and of disabled people!

If I can give zero stars I would. The men’s bathroom was horrendous, there was no toilet paper on either stalls no paper towels either and there was lots and lots of gang graffiti on the walls and doors. Such a disappointment of a place will never be returning to this location again, as well as the staff were rude when I advised them about the paper situation in the bathroom. In all honesty this location should just close down or get new management cause it’s a disappointment for it to be a Casey’s

Stopped here when I was almost out of gas and none of the pumps were working. Luckily I made it to another station, won’t go here again.
