My new favorite Casey’s location! Nice and large compared to other locations and even has a car wash. This location also has a few ev charging stations being built. Will be excited to try them when they are operational!

That day, we had just bought five pizzas and were about to leave when we noticed hundreds of bugs inside the donut display case.
I was with friends, so we didn’t say anything on the spot and just left, but after seeing that, there was no way we could eat the pizza.
The hygiene at this place is seriously concerning.

Casey’s in Vernon Hills is a great spot for a quick stop, whether you’re fueling up or grabbing a bite. Their pizza is surprisingly delicious for a convenience store, and the made-to-order options are always fresh. The staff is friendly, and the store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials. The location is clean, and it’s easy to get in and out quickly. I originally stopped in for gas but decided it had been awhile since I had Casey’s pizza. As I went to grab a slice the cook called out to me that she had a fresh pizza coming out in a few seconds. After finishing up with her I went to check out and noticed that the manager was absent from the register. It seemed like all of the stores duties outside of the kitchen had fallen to him. He was incredibly kind and apologized for my 60 seconds of waiting. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond! Thank you!

I just stopped at this location to purchase the lottery tickets using my own numbers. They are out of tickets and the cashier refused to manually introduce them. There were no other people in line. He said that his manager instructed him….I never experience such “special” treatment. Maybe they should not be in this business of selling lottery tickets…

went to get air in tires. I had to walk inside to talk to employee who told me it was not working. so why no out of order sign? Feb one car wash not working. DANGEROUS! -DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE
Just got stuck in the car wash. Both doors would not open and if my husband wasn’t smart we would have rammed into another car. If I didn’t call the store we wouldn’t have gotten out. Seems like there isn’t even a camera or alert system since there is no attendant. Thankfully there was no car sandwich but we will never go through this wash again.
I want to reiterate this is NOT on the people working the store. If it weren’t for them this could have been much worse. This is on the SYSTEM and Casey’s ownership.

This guy takes a whole minute to verify my money is real money, 2 other dudes standing there, bags of garbage sitting on the concrete, and not a single windshield squeegee has any water or cleaner in it. Remember when people used to do their jobs with pride?
