10/31/25 Pizza was good, had to order it since the warmer had no food in it at 7pm, took a shower, shower floor is cracked and cut my foot on it, the kid running the register looked stoned out of his mind. 11/1/25 Stopped today for food and fuel again and they are all locked up at 230pm. Kinda disappointed in this place used to be a good stoping spot….

Most of the time they don’t have any food prepared in the warmers, and if there is it’s very minimal.
I don’t know what the employee in the kitchen was doing tonight, but it wasn’t much. The manager and her spoke for a moment, and they agreed that his services were no longer needed. I don’t know what they were doing before I got in there, but okay.
The cashier was just angry, and didn’t offer a hello or bag for my several items.
This is the worst Casey’s in the area, by far.

Ordered through the app, kitchen stated open til 9:30, ordered at 9:00. Prepaid because the app wanted me to. Get there and they said they couldn’t make it since they already closed the kitchen. Didn’t call me to say they couldn’t, just didn’t make it. Wouldn’t give me a refund and said my only option is to wait 2 days and get my same order then. Wasted $40 on pizza I MIGHT get in two days. Wasted gas too because I was not informed there would be no food. Never was fond of the customer service here but now I really do not plan on ever going back.

3 days in a row I went in to get a slice of Pizzia and there was none to be had . Day one the lady was too busy to make more. Say 2 they closed early . Day 3 lady was too busy to make more slices!

When I went to get a sandwich, a young worker clearly called for a manager but the managers on duty were too busy gossiping to help them. They charged me for a six inch instead of a twelve, then the managers proceeded to talk about him while customers were in the store. The level of professionalism in the work place should be better than that, not to mention they also didn’t go back and show him how to do it properly.

Amazing place! I was driving in drivers ed and we stopped here to get supper and I got the 3rd best pizza I ever got (behind party pizza and Costco pizza). I would definitely stop again and recommend to other kids and adults I know.
