Stood in a line for over 5 minutes while the employees were sitting on their phones talking in the deli area, the guy ahead of me had been waiting longer, when asked if anyone could help us (pay before you pump) they seemed rather annoyed. The foods amazing but the service has been lacking lately

Store is very dirty. Floors look like they never get swept or mopped! Soda machine is absolutely gross. They never clean the pop nozzles or the tray. Bathroom is also disgusting! This store needs a manager that cleans and cares. All the employees do is basically stand behind the counter even when there is nobody in the store! Now the one on South Washington is very nice!

I really like their food. Loaded breakfast burritos are delicious and their breakfast pizza is the best in town. However, their kitchen was not designed to handle Casey’s products a this store was bought from University Station. They also always seem to be short staffed, which is probably more of a sign of the times.

The breakfast pizza and burritos are delicious. I see a lot other reviews having complaints, I have never had any issues with this store. We go to it frequently if we want breakfast pizza and have been happy every time.

Paying at the pump puts a bank hold charge of up to $175 on your card!!?? Maybe post this somewhere where customers can see it not behind the counter inside the store.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch thin crust pizza. It was burned that it was nearly uneatable with chared crust. I don’t know if the person making it didn’t know how long to bake it or if the oven needs to reset the time. I know it’s going to be hard for me to return for another. I’ve had Casey’s pizza in Fargo and it was good.

3 out of 4 visits there was no paper for pay at the pump
Employee standing outside smoking and even finished smoking as I waited inside for my receipt.
They have time to smoke 30 minutes after pun hing in…but no time to replenish paper at the pump or clean?. Never once greeted cheerfully or told thank you. No wonder other stations are packed at 645 am and Casey’s no cars
