This location appears poorly maintained—run-down, dated, and not very clean. Several fuel grades were unavailable or not functioning, and multiple pumps failed to read my card. I ultimately had to prepay with cash, and the employee at the counter seemed unfamiliar with handling change. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and disappointing.

The young man making pizza cannot be bothered to speak to customers. At 6:10pm Sat. Oct. 24, he thinks bug eyes and hand gesturing is appropriate communication when dealing with customers and taking orders. Muttering under his breath and unintelligible noises when asked direct questions. This is not how we deal with the public, sir. If you don’t like working with people, please get a job where you don’t have to. Unloading trucks and stocking might be more your speed, dear.

I’ve always gotten good pizza there. Tonight it was as AWFUL. WAY too thin crust that wasn’t done. You pick it up an all the toppings slid off. I had to put it in my oven for awhile but still undercooked. Really annoying

I used to come into the store all the time in the morning because its convenient on my way to work. Ever since the really pretty tattooed morning manager hasn’t been there I will not go in there unless necessary. The two people that I’ve seen working there is the reason I don’t stop . The one younger one is always not doing anything and makes me feel like I’m a bother and she hates her job. The older woman I’ve heard and seen her swear and get tempered st customers. Other mornings she’s really nice. I used to love my morning coffee and smile, I think management needs to reconsider the employee staffing placement

Diesel pumps card reader and screens do not work. It’s a waste of your time to buy diesel here if they can’t manage their pumps don’t support them!!!

Almost every pump had no windshield washer fluid, and when I finally found one that did the squeegee end was so bad it did nothing to clear fluid off windshield. Tried another wand and was just as bad. Then no printer paper for receipt, and wife said BR had no soap in dispenser, just the bag that goes in dispenser lying on counter.

They charge people for water. Terribly rude staff. A year ago I was stuck in the car wash for 15 min. I stupidly tried the car wash again today and the wash did not finish, leaving my car soapy. Had to ask for a refund after staff told me the wash does say, “Enter at Your Own Risk.”

Everytime I stop here I expect the gas pumps to work and they never do going on like the last 5 years now not sure why or how this place is still open save yourself the effort and go to loaf and jug next door much better option

It’s nice to know there are still honest and good people left in this world. I stopped here on 9/11/19 to get gas on my way out of town and unbeknownst to me, dropped my debit card. Later that night I received a message through Facebook from Casey’s employee, Anthony M., notifying me that they had my card. Their manager, Dion, held onto it at the store until I could get back to Fargo on 9/17 to pick it up. Both men were super nice and courteous. Thank you so much from saving me the worry of a lost card and having to get a new one! Bravo!

Old pumps, bathroom not the cleanest, half the beverage case and fountain beverages were empty/not stocked. There’s definitely a better gas station you could stop at.
