Food was decent. The attitude, and conduct towards a 16 year old? Unprofessional. As a customer who just received 5 FREE pizzas for having half of a 9 pizza order messed up, I had my 16 year old son pick up with his gf. This location has an issue with “free” or they just get too bored and decided it best to threaten my son for “stealing” and how they were going to get to the bottom of things. At NO point did they reach out to myself or ask his relative who works there. Instead, they wanted to harass my son every single time he picked up a free pizza. So dear managers of valley city. Next time? If you suspect something weird going on, have a conversation with the adults.Don’t intimidate and harass a CHILD.

The jalapeño popper pizza is a must have! Best pizza in town by far and always has been. Some of the long time managers are questionable with bad attitudes but the pizza brings me back every time.

The pizzas are a hit or miss depending on who’s making them. A recurring problem is them not making the pizzas on time. I’ve made pizzas for a restaurant before, even having made hundreds in two hours. While these guys seem to have problems making even one pizza every thirty minutes. They need to rethink their method of hiring, because as it is, it’s not cutting it.
Edit: After repeated undercooked pizzas and burnt toast, I’ve decided that three stars was far too generous. Some cooks are good, but some are really bad and that unpredictability makes me give it the lowest score possible.

The food has come a long way ☺️ the staff is usually very nice and quick to right any errors. I like collecting the reward points in items I purchase to then donate to my kid’s school or for the kids to use when out with friends.

Love this place!! Didn’t visit Caseys until it had been in VCity a couple months, since I live on the other side of town,; but, I’d heard good things about the pizza so tried it and Love it!! + the price is right and they have good specials. The employees have always been pleasant.

I figured that I couldn’t buy a pizza from the deli with EBT, but I called just to see. I believe Christian was the person who answered my call. He wasn’t for sure so he had to ask. He had told me yes, so I proceeded to order a pizza. When I was checking out the pizza didn’t cover. The cashier had told me since I had called and the cook said it would be covered, she would let me take a few pieces. I said I was ready to checkout my other items and then she told me I had to pay for it.. Upset because I cancelled other plans because they said I could, then I couldn’t but would give me a few pieces, then wanted me to pay for them! Doesn’t add up.

I would give it more stars but this place is so hit and miss. Some days they have food in made up but other times it’s empty or it looks as if it’s been there all day When they do have food it is good, but it is so hit and miss as to when the warmer actually has food. Nice staff
