I love Casey’s Pizza, now that we have that out of the way…
I came in I am a quiet person, said absoluetly nothing, went over and started taking pizza for myself and my wife. It was at this moment that from the office next to the pizza warmer a man starts commenting on how I am clearing out the pizza. I shrug it off as a way maybe he is telling his employees that they need to refill it, but then he continues to say it, but now in a way that almost seemed condescending.
I look over at him and stated the pizza was for myself and my wife, figured I would clarify as I was standing there by myself. He then replies with “Yeah I am sure it is” in a very mocking way. When I asked him to repeat himself he stood up and instantly said “Well you can leave”. I replied with “Yes, I can” and I left.
This didn’t seem right, so I went back in and asked for the Manager… Wouldn’t you know it, he was the manager. I then asked for his General Manager or Owner, which at first he refused to give me, after getting that I then asked him for his name, again he refused to give me his name and was not wearing a nametag. He eventually wrote his name “Ulrich” down for me.
I was talked down on and ridiculed for coming in and trying to purchase some pizza that I trully enjoy. Heck, I even drove 30 minutes there just to buy some!
I will not be returning to this particular Casey’s again and I know finding good manager’s is difficult, but Ulrich isn’t the man for the job. I worked corporate customer service for 20+ years and honestly this guy would have been hidden in the depths of our company where he wouldn’t have any interaction with customers, if we would have hired him at all.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. my husband went here after work to get us fresh sub sandwiches. As soon as he gets home and I find A HAIR in my sandwich and barely cooked bacon and no tomato on a BLT. With my husband’s sandwich she put everything on it in a PILE in the middle of the bread, NOT spread out. Here’s a picture of the hair. Nobody in my home has black hair.

Pizza is the best around and they deliver on friday and sat nights as well which most ppl dont know about so call in an order have them deliver it keep places in business, and they also do no contact delivery as well……

So far my favorite gas station, I like that the employees were really friendly and I even go here a lot to buy drinks and they have really good deals, the pizzas are also worth eating

Just had a slice of sausage pizza. The crust was exceptionally tough. Either the dough was worked too much before baking or it had sat in the warmer too long. It had no leavening at all. The flavor was good. I will give them a couple weeks to get more experience and try again.

I’d rate them at a 4. Probably what they deserve. But they don’t quite deserve it to be in the high 3’s either.
So I’m throwing out a 5 to get that number up more.
When food and other things are available, it is pretty good.
Only issue is consistently its not. They’re always understocked, and I don’t think it’s the people’s fault. It’s got to be some kind of issue from higher ups.
Otherwise I’m happy with them.

Brand new just opened in Spring. Truth be told I have never been inside except to get a receipt or inform them the window wash station needed attention. Update: 9/2022. Forget it. I’ve complained several times about the lack of attention & poor customer service, They Don’t Care! Staff is only interested in their phones & “social hour” amongst themselves. Hint: if you keep the outside stocked, we wouldn’t come in the store and see you screwin’ off! ♂️

I really like their pizza, it’s always delicious and for the most part fresh. The only problem I had with the Reedsburg location is the staff. The man in the cooking area was trying to make pizzas, make peoples subs, and run the whole kitchen area alone at lunch time. He did get my sub wrong, but I saw there were two women (possibly managers) gabbing and hanging out in the office during busy lunch time. Poor guy did as well as he could, being busy. I just think they need more staff in the kitchen.

3 or 4 people working. 2 on the phone. Zero pizza on the spinner. I get it that sometimes things can be less than perfect but this seemed like a prank or something. Ridiculous.
