I have been in five different days all different times and they have yet to have any pizza out. When I asked I was treated as if I had inconvenienced her by asking. When I asked when they typically have the pizza out, She says it’s different all the time and acted like I was crazy to think it would just be there. I can understand the Pizza will not always be available.But as I stated to her , it has been five different days , all different times of the day. I can tell you it is not ever out between the hours of 1pm and 7pm for sure or I just have very bad luck. Keep in mind this has been over the last 2 weeks.

I have just been attended by Amanda at the Casey’s in Monticello, Wisconsin. She was helpful, kind, generous, and utterly genuine. She would not accept a tip, and when I asked if I could speak to her store manager to complement her service, she told me she WAS the store manager…
When I then asked if I could speak to a regional manager or something, she said that I could leave a comment on the website, which I am doing.
Thank you, Amanda, and thank you Casey’s for hiring such excellent staff. I have a long trip ahead of me, and will definitely drive the next couple of hours with a smile and a happy heart.

Its lunchtime, why aren’t we ever prepared for it? Why do customers have to wait 20 minutes on our lunch break for a piece of pizza? Why is it empty day in and day out at lunch? Management needs to wotk on this.

Had a massive semi truck in the front blocking several people from getting gas, not to mention there were two pumps completely out of order, there is clearly a back door and the semi truck parked at the front entrance, completely blocking off people from even driving through the exit lane of the gas station. Completely unprofessional, completely unsafe, will be filling complaints with the DOJ and ADA for this obstruction. Not only did the semi truck prevent people from driving through the area to get gas, it also blocked off the disability ramp for wheelchairs.

I give them a 2 star rating because the restaurant and gas stations OK they close too early and if you ever want to feel unsafe driving into their parking lot do so in the Winter time whoever does the plowing is very bad and lazy at it. They should be looking for a new plow service. Then every Friday afternoon they have a hay sale which is awesome but the farmers are very disrespectful on how they park their hay wagons And block fuel islands in parking lot making it very hard for commercial vehicles to get through.. I’ve complained to management there and they have done nothing about it.

It’s okay, I wish the food service was better. The girl acted like she didn’t know how to make a wrap, and I mean this like she didn’t know what a tortilla wrap was. There’s like 5 people in the kitchen talking while there’s a line for one guy at the register. It’s ok if I’m in a rush but new glarus is way better. Staff is polite and kind.
