Credit Card swipes often out of order at the pump. Empty window wash receptacles. Aside from the pizza, the food selection is meh….people are friendly though and place is clean.

I stopped there this morning at around 730am as I do most early Sundays. The girl working there who normally takes care of me must have noticed that I was hard of hearing on my last few trips and signed “thank you” to me. It really made me feel good to know that someone had noticed me over the last few months! (As this is new for me to be losing my hearing.) Thank you a million times to that young lady working the counter this morning. Merry Christmas

We purchased the monthly car wash plan. Terrible car wash! It didn’t work the first 2 times we tried. When it was “fixed,” it totally missed the left side of the car for at least two passes during the wash. So the left side of the car is always dirty.

I stop every morning. More times than not the creamer.machine is either empty or out of service. I get charged a different price everyday for my coffee in my Casey’s coffee mug.

On our way home from Chicago area, I had to use a restroom. It was late and most places were closed and we were still half an hour from home. We pulled into Casey’s and I ran in. A man greeted me at the door. I asked if he had a restroom I could use. He said, “Of course,” and showed me the location. It turns out that it was 11 pm and time for them to close, but they let me in and were very kind. I really appreciate it and will certainly remember their kindness I’m down that way (and next time I’ll spend money!!)!

Milk on shelf expired 3 days ago. I told the cashier and him or the other girl didnt have a reply. No sense of concern or urgency. After my purchase they just continued thier conversation, and the milk is going to stay on the shelf 3 days past its fresh date. The other Casey’s in town is worse. I usually stand at the counter and wait for someone to come out of backroom or from outside smoking by thier car. Not a fan of Caseys.
