I don’t usually write reviews, but as a neighbor who stops in almost daily, I feel I must speak up. This Casey’s has some serious issues that management needs to address immediately.
The one bright spot is the young man who works the morning shift. Every time I’m in, he is working quite hard, scrubbing down the counters and keeping things tidy. He is always very pleasant and greets everyone with a sincere “What’s up?” rather than some robotic corporate script. It’s refreshing to see that kind of work ethic; he is a credit to your store.
However, the rest of the environment is rather toxic. I have overheard the older, heavily tattooed man bad-mouthing his own coworkers on many, many occasions. He specifically makes disparaging remarks about their appearance, and his overall tone is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The only other thing I’ve ever heard him say is a “polite” greeting to customers that feels entirely disingenuous. The vibe is that the employees don’t like being there, and the store is clearly poorly managed.
Most distressing, however, is the older bald man on the evening shift. His behavior toward my younger daughter is frankly predatory; I’ve caught him staring in a way that makes my skin crawl. Other local mothers have mentioned having this same issue with him, and it is completely unacceptable.
While the pizza is always good, the ladies’ room consistently smells of raw sewage and feces. It’s an absolute affront to hygiene. I’ll give credit to the few hard workers you have, but between the poor management and the evening clerk’s behavior, I am deeply disappointed. This store needs a serious “house cleaning” and better standards of decency immediately?

I’m really not sure that I am ever going to be coming back to this location after what occurred this morning with RJ the cashier guy.
My coworker and I are regular customers to this location, we work right around the corner and come to this gas station minimum 6 days a week. Usually the customer service is awkward, but in an overly friendly type of way.
This morning though, was quite the opposite.
I was trying to purchase my energy drinks and get a small amount of gas, using cash and card to pay for my transaction because I am broke right now.
I did the math for him, several times, but he wasn’t comprehending what I was saying. I told him that “I have $5.25 on my card, and $1.24 in cash, that’s $6.49 in total for gas on pump 8.” He kept getting the total to $7.73 and was visibly getting frustrated as his hands were shaking, then he said “I don’t usually get this frustrated this easily” and said “well why don’t you just do the math then for me bro.” Which I already had done, several times.
I was calm, and polite the entire time, but at this point I was done. I told him to never mind, cancel the transaction and I’ll go somewhere else to buy my gas, and I asked for my $1.24 back.
The manager, Karen, was going in on him as my coworker and I were walking out of the store. Which I appreciated, because I was truly dumbfounded as to why he was so upset. We are regulars, I wasn’t in a rush, there wasn’t a long line behind us, I was using a calm and friendly tone. I just don’t understand what occurred today, but I am definitely upset by it.

This review is basically about the car wash. I do the monthly car wash subscription. This location is close to my home. Every time that I want to wash my vehicle, the car wash is not open. I don’t know if this is out of service or if they just don’t open it but it’s very frustrating when you pay for a monthly subscription and you have to drive across town just to wash your car.

I went in looking for plain or powdered sugar donuts early this morning. I young lady at the door , held it open as I exited without a purchase. She asked what I was looking for and when I responded she asked if I had 6 minutes. She would make some , fresh. I went out to wait in my truck. When they were finished , she stepped out and waved. Her name is Karen and said she would make them for me anytime. This is so touching ♥️ The young man at the Register, Steve was also very nice. He mentioned his mom lives nearby and they make her fresh donuts when she wants them. My heart is touched. A simple kindness that I find rare in today’s world. I am a fan of Caseys Pizza as well. This is my new favorite location ♥️ Thank you Karen and Steve, you made my day!

Do not order pizza from here. Called one and half hours ahead of time. Pizzas were to be ready at 3:00. Arrived at 3:00. Three employees standing around. No one in the pizza area. Went back up to the register and ask if I could pick up my pizzas. An employee went back to the pizza area and told me ” oh, give me 10,15 minutes “. We were asked to order and purchase these pizzas. We never buy or eat Casey’s pizza. The answer will be no to anything Casey’s forever. Total failure.

They are a scam have not paid me since I quit wentin for gas put 20 on pump 7 went out to pump nothing went ac in noton pump and they told me I never was in there to prepay they have stolen from me multiple times all there prices go to Walmart can get it for 3/4 the price they have marked up most prices do not match in store tums say 2.99 rng up as 7.99 watch how much it is before pay

First time ordering food from this location as I live clearly on the side of CR. Got home and my order is wrong and the “popcorn” Chicken is not popcorn chicken and is soggy and undercooked. Needless to say, my day was already bad enough and this is the icing on the cake. Won’t go back. $20 + dollars just be tossed.

This caseys is the worst. The employees are treated aweful and no breaks given. They throw you back into kitchen without proper training and make you work over your shifts without a choice given. Staff members are allowed to harrass other staff members and when reported the “boss” Star says its only how you procieve harrassment. When i go into this store the emplyees are rude the cashier that works days walks away when your waiting in line. This place is a nightmare.

I came in 10 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve to get gas and the two girls gave me a dirty look. I said sorry and neither of them responded and continued to give me dirty looks. So then I went to pump gas and they turned the lights off on me. Really showed holiday spirt.
