Staff were not helpful at all. Asked for a receipt cause the pump machine wouldn’t print they even refused to come out it and help with it.
The tire air pump was not working either also asked for help

Today August 22, 2025 The doors were locked and lights off a half hour after opening. Drove across town to another gas station. This place has gotten somehow even worse the last few months. Gas pumps not working, card readers not working, isles covered in trash and merchandise. Be prepared to wait while the cashier takes a phone call from her bra. Need to stop hiring people that all know each other obviously… it’s like you’re ruining their party by walking in the door.

Amazing costumer service!
I ordered a pizza online and when I came to pick it up there was a long line of people waiting for their pizza so I instantly knew that mine wasn’t ready; I came to Ms. Linda at the register and she apologized so I told her that I understood the situation and I had no problem waiting a little bit longer, everyone was patiently waiting and we even started having conversations about life, the waiting time was very pleasant.
Ms. Linda and the kitchen team kept a smile on their faces the entire time and all I can say is that’s a real costumer service and passion. THANK YOU!

I have been here on the weekend two weeks in a row the mens bathroom is always trashed, and the hand soap has been empty both times however the women’s always has hand soap. I do wonder if the male employees wash there hands… They make pizza!!!

Stop by to get gas. The pumps aren’t working right and was unable to buy gas. This makes four times in 5 months. Have to go to a different Casey’s where the pumps works just fine.

Don’t really get gas here because I heard they had water in the tanks previously, nor do I order pizza because I don’t live super close, but the customer service has always been really good! The two cashiers tonight were super sweet and helpful! Pushed new product they had while not being obnoxious about it! Decent little Casey’s!!

To whom it may concern,
Last night at about 9pm, I was served by a woman and employee of Casey’s General Store at 370 Scott Ct, Iowa City Iowa.
In line, she enthusiastically and genuinely encouraged customers in-front of me to use their Casey’s reward points.
She engaged each customer and worked efficiently, despite being the only worker up front, with customers queuing into the core aisle. I do not like to see my store understaffed.
I understand a team member was shot there recently. It’s a service and safety issue.
She is a Grandmother and has been working there for 3 years. I believe her name was “Linda”, but am not 100% sure. I want her Manager to positively identify her.
She inquired with each customer about rewards, and served me very well. Asking for the 2 for $6 sale on our high margin store line of sweet corn and spicy ranch chips when I asked which was better.
She is in the top 10% of our Staff.
She should be paid like it.

In the area doing utility work today. Stopped in here at about 1pm for a sandwich. They had 1 old looking breakfast sandwich in the case. Kitchen crew was just standing around talking and joking. Would’ve probably spent about 20 bucks here for lunch items, but I think I’ll just go to kum n go instead.
