Brian was so kind and sweet to me and everyone! He needs a raise!! He was smiling he greeted and NO ONE ELSE AT YOUR STORE DOES BUT HIM!! Then he came to my car gently and handed me a receipt to do a review but I was already on it! DON’T lose this guy and treat him amazing because it will suck when he doesn’t work there anymore. Food is always great, this is Iowa pizza since I was a kid. The only issue i have is the car wash. It is always closed and no real explanation of why. I have a car wash membership and want this location because it’s a touch-less wash. It has been closed more than open the last 30 days and a waste for my membership. I’ve only been able to wash my car once at this location. The 10 cents off per gallon has an issue with wash membership owners also. If you have HyVee perks, it will not work. About to cancel membership if wash doesn’t open. You can’t call into store to check wash without online ordering bot putting you on hold for 15 minutes and no one answering.

The supreme pizza at Casey’s is my favorite pizza. I’ve had them all over from many cities in many states. I can honestly say the pizza we had from the Hiawatha store is far and away without competition. It was the best of the best in my opinion. None can compare. Our Northwood store used to be our favorite, but the supreme we had from Hiawatha blew even their best away. No other Casey’s has even come close to what we experienced that night. We were astounded and impressed at a very high level. Well done, top notch, keep it up! Although now I’m ruined, as I compare all others to you, and they have all fallen short. You have my respect and admiration. Truly impressive. Thank you for making one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life!
P.s. It was late, just before 10pm. We didn’t even expect to get our pizza because of the time.

Their Taco pizza sure did get sad. Look at the way it is supposed to look and what it actually looked like. They ripped up a little head of lettuce and forgot Doritos and it wasn’t good. No quality control here.

This Caseys is awesome, because it’s open early and they have pizza ready at 4:30 in the morning. Most other gas stations in this area aren’t open early except for a kwik star and They don’t really have good food in the morning.

Deceptive fuel pricing. Lists super unleaded and not regular, the option most people get. Regular was also $0.64 per gallon higher than other stations in the area. Avoid this place if you can.

I stop here everyday on my way to work. Generally the manager is there when I go in, so obviously everyone will be on their best behavior. If he’s not there expect mixed results on employee interaction and timeliness. There are a couple older gals and if they are working you’ll get well taken care of. They understand good customer service. But as a forewarning, they do often hire younger people who can be lackadaisical at times and they have a sub-par turnover rate so sometimes these new employees don’t always know what they’re doing yet. Other than that they keep the place pretty clean, usually stocked well, and they do a decent job keeping food in the warmers but be sure to check the times on the labels, they can get pretty busy during the day and miss something that passed time! By far the most “negative” thing here is it’s right off the interstate and not 24-hour.
