So a joke ordered online said food would be ready at 629pm. Went there at 634 and food was not even made yet. Looked at me an said we are starting to make ir now. There are multiple morning I have gone in for food and warmers are empty or 1 slice of pizza. This store has gone down hill bad in the last year.

Customer service is definitely the highlight and id say 5 stars to lady working counter but the kitchen is terrible, id give 1 star if it werent for great customer service, pizza looks over cooked and like it sat in warmer for hours, so tried the burger and cheese was hard as a rock, next trip a few weeks later pizza still looked gross and instead of making same mistake with burger i got popcorn chicken, was fine but only filled half the box so they skimpin on chicken compared to every other caseys. What a joke fix your kitchen staff

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of cheesesticks for delivery for 5 very hungry, picky kids. We were missing one pizza and one pizza was the the wrong order. Tried calling for over 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. Had to go there and the kitchen staff was so rude! They were getting angry with me for asking them to fix to the wrong pizza (I ordered all pepperoni with half sausage and they gave me half sausage and half pepperoni) and gave me my missing pizza that had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. I love their pizza but I will not be going back to this Caseys!

Kitchen employees don’t prioritize orders that customers are already at the store waiting for. They prioritize the ones customers haven’t even arrived for yet. Makes no sense. I would zero star this place if I could. The boy in the kitchen moves slow as all get out because he doesn’t wear the right size jeans or a belt and can’t keep his pants up.
