I stopped buying pizza from here awhile ago but for whatever reason I decided to order 3 pizzas for family last night and needless to say it was not good at all. Im not sure but it could be because the female in the kitchen with her gangster rap music playing on her phone was distracted or maybe this store just doesn’t care anymore. Its sad because this use to be my favorite store in waverly and now you’d be lucky to see me there once a month. Very disappointed with what this store has come to.

Usually we’re pretty successful at getting a great taco pizza from this location, but unfortunately, last night was not that time. See photos, but apparently they were out of corn chips and the bean/salsa sauce. So they gave us a sausage pizza with a bunch of lettuce in the middle. Should have looked before we left, I guess. This isn’t the first Waverly Casey’s to mess up on the pizza. The Bremer St Casey’s was worse and made us sick a couple months ago. I put it as a one off, but apparently they can’t hire good enough help to actually follow the recipe. Guess I’m going to CF in the future.

Stores fine.That’s great but that car wash needs some calibration or sensors replaced. There is no need for th spinning brushes to be ramming the front bumper. I had what was about.
A 2 inch smooth crack in my front bumper cover. Now I have a softball size hole. I use kwik Stars soft touch mode. No problem. Wonderful job kwik stars does. I suppose if I want to replace that bumper cover I could save myself some labor and bring it down to your carwash for round 2. I’m sure it would finish the job and remove it for me.

Terrible customer service. Anytime I’m here the employees are rude or could care less about the job they are doing. The frustration with the employees is enough to not go there or any of their stores.

Pizza is so hit or miss here. Have received it very good and very undercooked or wrong order. All they want to do is tell you they will give you a free one later just to tell you they don’t have your name when you try to get the replacement later. Save your money and go to one of the regular pizza joints in town they are much better anyway

This is a very nice new Casey’s. Just as nice as all the other cases that we go to typically. This one does have a car wash. You can either do the touch free or the soft touch. I do just want to let people know the touch-free does not have the drying option a little bit disappointed in that.

Completely inconsistent place here. Gave up on stopping here regularly (4 or 5 days per week) for several reasons. Never know if they’ll actually keep breakfast pizza stocked in the morning (side note, nobody wants veggie: keep the bacon stocked). When they do have pizza, it’s super hit and miss on quality, often times floppy and undercooked. They also took out water at the fountain. They cant keep the sidewalk shoveled in the winter. They close down everytime an employee sneezes. The carwash is an absolute mess. All of this, and few of the employees seem to care about any of it. Theres 3 Kwik Stars in that town and they’re all better than this Casey’s.

They have consistantly good pizza. It does vary a little from location to location. I suppose that the water is the most changeable ingredient. But I digress. A couple of slices, a 32 oz beverage, and a couple of donuts for dessert. You can’t go wrong.
