We ordered the Nona pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavor was excellent, and it was cooked to perfection. The restaurant also offers a beautiful view, particularly in the spring and summer, with balcony seating that creates a very pleasant dining experience. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The service was somewhat lacking. For example, no water was offered and overall attentiveness was almost none. Additionally, the interior atmosphere could be enhanced. Trash bins were placed near disposable plates, utensils, and the water station, which slightly detracted from the overall ambiance. Concealing or enclosing these areas would significantly elevate the dining environment. Overall, the food and location were highlights, and with some improvements in service and interior presentation, the experience could be exceptional.

the pizza was not good. and not at all what i was expecting. i ordered a simple cheese pizza with extra cheese, and while i didn’t mind the 30 minute wait when i thought i was getting quality pizza, i was extremely disappointed when i got home (barely a 5 minute drive) to open the box and finding the entire thing already cold with a massive amount of oil pooling in the centre. and when i say pooling i mean i literally had to take multiple paper towels to blot the oil in hopes that would help. not worth the money or time. will not be coming back.

Pizza is legit the best pizza I’ve ever ever had!! The glazed apple pie is also out of this world! Anytime im passing by on 18 i ALWAYS stop by for a bite .

This is by FAR the best buffalo chicken wings I’ve ever had. The wings are somehow always juicy while having all the extra goodness of flavor from the fire grill. The sauce is amazing – I always ask for extra. Their pizzas are unbelievably good too. I live in downtown Seattle and regularly make the drive out JUST for their wings. Enjoy the gorgeous location on the river while eating some awesome food!

The pizza is the great, wood fired type of style I personally enjoy.
I have always Don carryout, so I can’t really speak to their atmosphere. But I have seen photos that they have seating outside in a sort of patio area so maybe that’s a summertime thing. But I will say that the pizza is always good when we get it and their flavor combinations are on point.
The price point is a little higher, but considering the area and growing cost of food, it’s reasonable. My opinion : Very well worth it, and the best pizza in the Maple Valley/Black Diamond area

This Cascadia has the best ambiance for taking the family out to dinner on a nice weather day or evening. We love to sit and look out at the Cedar River. The food is always well crafted and tasty. The management is great! If you live close by you can walk the Cedar River Trail from your home and enjoy the “post dinner” walk. We will continue to come back.

5 stars for Cam and the delicious pizza we ate. We had just pulled up and I was staring at the menu and someone walked out and told me they were closed. Sad day. But I thought to walk up and ask for some leftover breadsticks. We had about an hour left on our drive home. Cam was super nice and gave us one of the pizzas that was made incorrectly. I don’t remember the original name of the Pizza, but it was supposed to have a hot honey drizzle. But instead had a spicy barbecue on two of the slices. The barbecue is actually delicious, and we loved the pizza. It made our night. Highly recommend stopping by this little pizza place!
