Oh my god — this is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. Cascadia Pizza is the kind of place that makes you rethink what great pizza even is. It honestly beats Pagliacci in West Seattle, which used to be top tier for me.
Whenever we come to Enumclaw, Cascadia is a must. Every single time. And they never disappoint. The wood-fired pizza is absolutely unbeatable — perfectly cooked crust, incredible flavor, and consistently high quality.
I truly wish they would expand to West Seattle or at least somewhere a little closer, because this place deserves all the hype and then some. Until then, it’s worth the drive every time.
Highly recommend.

Stopped by during lunchtime — it’s more of a food truck or walk-up window setup with a small room, and seating is available outside. It was a bit chilly to sit outdoors this time of year, so we decided to eat in the car instead.
We ordered the Lolo Pizza — $17 for an 11-inch (medium/personal size) pizza. A bit on the higher side, but food prices in the area tend to be steep anyway. The pizza itself was excellent — wood-fired, fresh, and loaded with jalapeños. The crust was perfectly done and flavorful.
Ours came with four large slices, enough to share for a light lunch for two. Overall, great quality pizza, simple setup, and fast service. Nothing overhyped — just genuinely good pizza.

We discovered Cascadia on our annual trip to Enumclaw at least 3 (maybe 4) years ago and have been coming back ever since! Today we did lunch and then came back for dinner. It’s that good! Hands down the best wood fired pizza we’ve ever had!!!

I would say this is the best pizza in the area. A little expensive but prices are comparable to some of the better pies in the greater Seattle area.

My fiance and I are having our wedding at Kelley Farm, and we’re told cascadia pizza is a preferred vendor for catering. We went to try them out and were blown away by the food quality and flavors. They have an awesome take on pizza. After tasting we went ahead and booked them for the wedding. Their staff have been so accommodating and professional. They gave us the chance to get free trial pizzas to see what we want served at the wedding after we paid deposit and solidified the date. The hardest part now is making a selection!

I have eaten here before and it was never this bad. Ordered pizza ($30) to go and decided to eat a slice in the car and when I picked up a slice, it was floppy and underdone. All the toppings came off everywhere which was super frustrating. Could have cooked it a few min longer to not have been so floppy. Then the salad ($12) that has pears on it were brown and the dressing is so small and I asked for an extra side and it’s $.75 for a tiny container. The wings were the only thing great but 6 wings for $11 is crazy. Def felt as though it was end of day sloppy job and at least use fresh cut pears so they aren’t brown.

Great pizza, but honestly the pricing is out of whack and I feel like each time I get less toppings. Last time my cowboy toppings were barely there. I pointed this out and they insisted that they weight them each time. I call BS, its very obvious. I just tried to order a custom pizza online and it was almost $45 to make a supreme. Seriously!? It take no extra effort as each pizza is made from scratch and it was about the same number of ingredients as the Sounder which is $27. Its $4 to add green peppers and many others!
