The customer service was fantastic, and someone besides the waitress checked in to see if we needed anything. The food was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the dessert was just as delicious. Plus, they have a full bar with a great selection of mix drinks, beer, and wine.

We ordered Filet steaks and a stuffed mushrooms appetizer. The appetizer was good, unique and seasoned well.
The main dish(steaks) were off… mine was cooked and seasoned properly… my wife’s was a bit too rare and under seasoned. The side of brussel sprouts(seemed boiled) were bland, very underwhelming. The side of green beans(boiled as well?) Were bland and under seasoned. The Couscous was very dry and had a sand texture.
Overall the atmosphere is very nice but for the prices we paid for the dishes we were hoping for a bit more flavor and uniqueness.

I went with my family for Valentine’s Day at 8 pm. First of all, they told us that we had to make a reservation, which I understand since it is completely normal. We made a reservation for 9 PM. When that time came and we went to inquire, they told us we had to wait another 45 minutes because there were no tables available. We asked the young woman at the front if they could offer us something to drink, since we hadn’t even asked for that. There was no service whatsoever. We’d been there for hours waiting for any kind of assistance. The first excuse was that people were taking more than an hour at their tables. We asked to order something from the bar, and they said we couldn’t because they had to serve the people inside first. We waited an hour just to get three beers. Finally, when we decided to eat outside, it took them 30 minutes to show us to a table, which was already full of plates and glasses from the people who had been there before us. Then they took forever to seat us, they didn’t bring us the menu, and we decided to leave. I don’t know why they have this style of work. I’m not blaming anyone, but I think they should organize themselves a bit better to provide decent service.

The Down to Earth Atmospheres in every part of this Restaurant and the simpler things in life vibe is on point. As well as the knowledgeable and experienced staff reminds every foodie like me that a little goes a long way. The Quality of Food and Drink you receive here is out of this world. It’s the definition of what other restaurants in the area should be trying to achieve but have fallen short. Everything about this place screams home being from New Orleans. How you get Seafood and Quality Meat like this in the Desert baffles me. All I have to say is keep doing what y’all do can’t wait to see where the future takes this place.

The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everything came together perfectly for an enjoyable meal. Cascades has great food, service and atmosphere. We’ve tried lunch and dinner and did not disappoint. We’ll seasoned and perfectly cooked steaks. Jasmine was attentive and friendly. Great place for date night or casual drink. Espresso Martinis and Key Lime desert are must tries.

Delicious food. Had the eggplant parmigiana and my wife had the bacon wrapped shrimp with Brussel sprouts, potato purée and the red wine reduction it. We have been coming here for quite sometime and decided to try some other dishes. No disappointment ever here at the cascades!

The absolute best lunch we’ve had in a long time. Walking into the restaurant you’ll hear soft music playing and see warm colors and botanical decor. It was lightly crowded but not too loud to have good conversation. Our waitress was warm and friendly and very attentive to our food and drink. We ordered drinks from the bar and ordered an appetizer. Both came in a timely manner (the white Zin and mezza plate are a MUST try). We ordered entrees and another round of drinks… both came out perfectly timed. The chicken sandwich and steak fingers are delightfully flavorful. When we were ready to make our departure, our check and to-go boxes came out immediately. We will definitely be back often. Truly a wonderful experience.
