Hey this place is great! In addition to super yummy food the service is great! I was pretty tired today and ordered one of their bowls and forgot to mention I wanted the vegan version. When my bowl full of chicken came out I realized right away my mistake. I explained to them the mistake and offered to pay for my new bowl since it wasn’t their fault at all. They insisted on a discount even though it was my mistake! Thank you Cascade Alchemy 🙂 Ill be back.

Wonderful food. For us plant eaters, they substitute sweet potato and chickpeas for the chicken. It’s so nice to be able to have plant based options that aren’t the same old “fake” meat. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked. Flavor of both our meals were fantastic and well thought out. I wish we had found this food truck earlier, but now it’s our favorite here in Redmond. This is a great option for plant based diets and carnivores.

Soooo good. Taste buds are happy and my tummy is full. Love their flavors and portions are filling. Often get mine to go if the weather isn’t cooperating, but plenty of seating if you want to eat there at the patio. Love love love!!!!
