Actually was a nice burrito bowl I got….I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot ….but I will say it’s a bit better than average I got spicy chicken bowl and it was pretty big and tasty I would go back ….try them out !!

I visited CascaBowl recently and ordered the Veggie Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and the portion size was perfect. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The bowl was tasty, healthy, and super satisfying.
The service was quick, the place was clean, and overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend trying the Veggie Bowl if you’re heading there!

This was our first time visit to CascaBowl’s Fresh Mexican Cantina. We came on a Tuesday at 3pm for takeout. Their website is clean and eady to navigate; even on a smartphone.
There is plenty of free parking in the lot.
The restaurant was clean inside and quite small; it only seats approximately 20 people. It was nicely decorated and modern.
The employee was very friendly and ensured out questions were answered fully.
The ingredients are fresh and have a great variety for your bowl or wrap.
I couldn’t believe the amount of guacamole he gave us which was included in our meals, which in other restaurants you have to pay for separately and barely get any.
If you love spicy food, they have plenty of spices that will please you!
So the ultimate question is, would we return? An unresounding absolutely yes!! Great healthy food!!!

I genuinely don’t understand how this place has a 4.7 rating.
The food was bland, flavourless, and wildly overpriced for the quality. The cilantro was dry end bits only. When I asked for fresh cilantro, I was still only given the old, dry stuff — clearly no effort was made to provide fresh ingredients. For a place advertising fresh-mex, that’s unacceptable.
Flavours were flat and forgettable. Portions were fair, but that doesn’t make up for poor ingredients and zero seasoning.
The bathroom was grungy, and there were clear health & safety concerns — dirty scissors sitting in the same bin as forks being handed out to customers.
I’m honestly shocked people call this the “best burrito.” Anyone saying that has clearly never had a real burrito.
Worst burrito place I’ve been to. Avoid.
I will not return to any Cascabowl location.

One of the best burritos in waterloo i’ve had so far. The menu has great options with different toppings to choose from. The best part was their sauces and freshness of all the veggies which is rare to find in other chains.
Karandev’s service was great. he was great with suggestions and prompt in preparing the order.
Overall a very nice experience with the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!!

Went for takeout with a friend. Employees greeted us as we came in, they were super friendly. Good value for the amount of food you get. The ingredients seemed very fresh, and everything tasted really good. Food was made pretty quickly as well which was nice. Tap to pay available, will be back again!
