They were ice cold when I received them
Please find a different toston – the current one is not good at all
U need a Hawaiian version
Or it was just cooked way before ,way to long it was extremely dry
Please train your staff properly-
If I sit down to eat inside I expect my croqueta to be fried to order – not grab an old one from the hot box at the cafeteria window that’s been sitting all day-
I literally got 2 burnt overcooked croquetas that was burned to a crisp on the side it was laying on
I am fan of this casavana
Been coming here for years- since it was a Sergio’s but the small details it what makes people come back
Fix the leak inside – not a good look
And the bathroom floor is always slippery!!
Use a degreaser !!
He ordered the cubano and i ordered the Medianoche. Tasty but nothing that set it apart from other places. Solid food at a reasonable.
The plantain chips were wonderfully cooked and the bag of leftovers shows far less oil than other take home bags from other places
The steak was well seasoned, the bread was also seasoned and delicious. For dessert i ordered an espresso and caramel flan. So yummy!
The staff were friendly, service was quick, and food was fresh. If you’re in the area check them out.
The server never even checked on is after the food came and I was not happy that they don’t allow anything below 18 percent tipping.
No complaints except they add on 20 per cent service charge and then request to add more tip. Service was efficient but nothing out of the ordinary. The food was better than expected. I had lived in Baracoa Cuba for a few years and the FUFU with camarones brought back nice memories of that lovely city. Food portions were large and filling. Honestly, the quality of the food was better than my expectations, as I used to be a regular at their Town and Country shop which they closed more than one year ago. Bring gringos to introduce them to Cuban Food to this place and they would be duly impressed.
Mariquitas, Frituras de bacalao, tostones rellenos, cuban wrap, salmon atlantico, fufu con camerones, baby churrasco, chicken quesadilla
