This place has a lot to offer….sandwiches, smoothies, hot teas, milkshakes, natural juices, desserts, slushees. The ice cream is good but not the authentic Helados Bone like you’ll get in the Dominican Republic. This place is very clean and the service is good too. You do have to wait because it’s only a mother and her daughter working so service is a bit slow.

Helado Bone – YES ITS EXACTLY WHAT YOU THINK IT IS. I visited for the Grand opening of the business and the texture of the ice cream is to die for literally identical to DR and THE PRICES!!!!!! GIRLLLLLL absolutely affordable! Not sure of the exact price because we ( five people) got two scoops of different flavors in both waffle and in disposable cups and it came out to $20! A STEAL! An Five Star experience and five star service! The employees are very helpful and kind. Taste testing is available here and friendly.

Made me feel like I was in Dominican Republic. The sandwiches were spot on. I had the chimi de pollo and it was delicious. The natural juices were also amazing. The ice cream was good but obviously not like they one you get from the motherland. BUT, the Mermelada de Guayaba, OMG!, AMAZING! I want a whole bottle to take home.

I went in today to buy a sandwich & fries and an ice cream for my little one I asked the young lady if i can get a taste of the ice cream for my baby and she greeted me very well and helped me out on getting my order . She was super sweet and nice ! I will for sure be coming back here . The sandwich was really good

My son he was dying to go here finally we went today super clean environment super nice people who work there . Ice cream super good just a little bit two sweet for my taste but my son love it’s . They treat us very well . I really recommend this place .

Delicious sandwiches, natural juices, & ice cream! It was very clean and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I’ve ordered twice in the same week because I truly can’t get enough of their crispy chicken wraps! Everyone that I have recommended this place too has also enjoyed it.

I have been coming to casalados for quite a while and every single time the elderly lady is there I always have a horrible experience. The lady is very rude and always have an attitude, she has zero patience when taking orders and never reasonable with the sauce, even when specifically asked to add additional regardless if there is a fee. The lady is by far the only downside to this business and I highly believe that someone with better customer service, and someone who values their customers in a respectful way should replace her before she begins to drag the business down and draw potential customers away.

Stop here with my niece after school, she said uncle can I have some ice-cream, I’m like sure , let me call ya mom make sure it’s OK, I remember taking my kids to this place I thought It was jumbo land back in like 2010 or something, anywho , fatherhood and kid memories, so we stop in and the ice-cream is good , tho it maybe new owners, not really sure , all I will and is , the ice-cream is still good , many different flavors, , but great ice-cream tho …… 3-20-2024 , the day after first post my niece was very happy she ate her whole ice-cream cup . 2025 now Still great

We just left Casalados and I could not wait to leave a great review! So clean and great customer service. They have a great selection of flavors and delicious toppings. The young girl at the register was so sweet she let both my boys pick out a special treat from a bag behind the register. I highly recommend casalados!!
