Casablanca Moroccan Restaurant is the best authentic restaurant around! We have been in business for over 33 years and take pride in not only our food but also our customer service. Come check us out for some authentic Moroccan cuisine, right now we are offering a special 7 course meal for $25 a person, it would be a shame to miss. This includes: -3 different types of salads -Appetizer course: Fillo stuffed chicken; eggs, cinnamon, sugar, almond -First entre: Chicken tajeen; mild or spicy -Second entre: Lamb tajeen with honey and almond over rice OR Kabob over rice (lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp) -Mixed fresh fruit -Mint tea -Homemade baklava

This restaurant has been serving northern Delaware for a long time. It even survived a fire long ago! Having been to Morocco (Tangier), we can say the dishes it offer were quite good, and has an authentic taste. However, the selection is quite limited, offering either a 7 course package meal, or order a la carte.
The dining area is well decorated, it even features a couple of water falls. However, the seating furnishing can use an upgrade, as it seems dated and worn. On certain evenings, you can enjoy music and a belly dancer! Be sure to check availability. Overall, a good dining experience if you like to try something more adventurous.

So much fun!!! Welcoming, fun atmosphere. Belly dancer got people up and enjoying ( including me!). The food was exceptional!!! A must try with friends!

We ordered the 7 course meal and were pleasantly surprised when the server draped towels on our laps and washed our hands with rose water. The first salad course was very tasty especially the eggplant. The b’stella was a little disappointing, after having it many times in Morocco we were expecting shredded chicken, but this was ground chicken mixed with a lot of egg. The spicy chicken was pretty spicy and tangy and we loved it. The lamb with almond and honey rice was oily and wet but still tasty. The fruit was impressive, we were amazed by the strawberries. The mint tea came sweetened which we didn’t like, it was too sweet, so maybe ask for sugar on the side.
The bathrooms were clean but basic
The hookah was in a separate heated outdoor space, and required sharing of booths. We were not a fan as it took away privacy and made it awkward. They also had VERY loud music which we asked to have turned down, which they did. She used an electric starter for the hookah which we thought was cool and a good addition.
The servers were all friendly, the male servers were very polite, and sweet. The female servers were shouting in front of us amongst themselves, and felt like they were ready to call it a day.
An 18% service charge was automatically added onto our bill.
Overall we enjoyed the ambience, and culture of the place it was very characterful.

This place is magnificent! Everyone is so friendly, and the dishes are absolutely delicious. When we walked in we could not believe how nice the space was. A Seven course meal for only 25.00 a person, unreal. The portions are huge and you leave happy. I absolutely advice anyone to come and dine. I’d hate to see such an amazing disappear because of the pandemic.

IMP. There is not one dish that i have had there that didn’t blow me away. The food is phenomenal, the service is always on point. All the workers are so kind and nice. And let’s not forget to mention how absolutely spotless the place is. Extremely clean, cozy, you get a full on experience the second you walk in the door. Add on the yummy food and you are leaving with a full belly, and full heart. I constantly tell people about this place.

An authentic experience to submerge yourself into. 7 course meal was only $25 per person and they wash your hands at the table for you and all. Every dish was delicious but the the eggplant in the salad course, the chicken (spicy on the side) and the rice that came with the lamb were my favorites. Baklava was light and tasty too!!! 10 out of 10 would absolutely come again AND HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Mint tea was the 7th course (not pictured).

The seven course traditional Moroccan meal is excellent in all regards. People of varying taste preferences will all find something that they enjoy. The vegetarian platter in the beginning had excellent eggplant. The chicken with spice on the side was amazing. The kebabs were seasoned perfectly. The baklaval was exceptional. The worst thing about this place is if you haven’t been there before or recently. Highly recommend it.

It’s a unique dining experience. Food was okay but the entertainment ( belly dancer ) was entertaining. It has a unique authentic looking decor but could use some attention. If you were looking for a different dining experience you should probably give it at least one try.
