Not bad, decided to eat here today. My carne asada wasn’t seasoned the wings where very good kids enjoyed it, people are super friendly fajitas where good but took them awhile to bring out the tortillas, overall I probably won’t come back anytime soon unless I’m in the area.

Excellent! The menu is so big but also it shows pictures of every item on the menu which is great especially for picky eaters. Everything is cooked fresh and done nicely there’s so many seats and a bar. Really good choice for them to take over this building. Definitely will be back excellent drinks as well.

Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant provides a delightful and immersive dining experience for anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican cuisine and vibrant ambiance. The extensive menu showcases a wide variety of options with vivid photos, making it easy to know exactly what to expect. The warm and festive atmosphere is enriched by beautiful decor, including colorful sun wall art and cheerful holiday decorations like a Christmas tree and playful Rudolph figure, adding to the charm.

The Papa Nachos were a standout appetizer, with crispy potato skins generously topped with ground beef, melted cheese, pico de gallo, and lettuce, served alongside sour cream for dipping. For the main course, the Casa Vallarta Enchiladas delivered a perfect trio of flavors, featuring mole, red, and tomatillo sauces, paired with hearty rice and creamy refried beans. Both dishes were visually appealing and equally delicious, living up to the expectations set by the menu’s vibrant images.

For families, this restaurant shines. The kids enjoyed their simple yet satisfying quesadillas with perfectly crispy fries, while others opted for tacos and casadas, both of which were served with generous sides of rice and beans. The flexibility to cater to both adult palates and children’s tastes makes Casa Vallarta a top choice for family outings.

In addition to the food and ambiance, Casa Vallarta earns high marks for cleanliness and thoughtful touches. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, featuring towels for drying hands instead of a typical air blower, which added a touch of comfort and care. It’s these details that set the restaurant apart and enhance the overall experience.

The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The service extended beyond just the food, as evident in the warm interactions with a staff member photographed near the festive decorations. The welcoming environment, paired with the ability to accommodate larger groups, further solidifies this restaurant as a great destination.

Overall, Casa Vallarta excels in delivering a complete dining experience with delicious food, engaging decor, and exceptional service. Whether you’re planning a family dinner, celebrating with friends, or just in the mood for authentic Mexican flavors, this restaurant promises an experience that will leave you eager to return.

Best Mexican authentic food, loved all the dishes, my fav is lamb shank dish called birria de borrrego and white chimichanga and fajitas are delicious. The fried fish tilapia called- mojarra frita and the seafood ceviche and deep fried ice cream and churros are also highly recommended. Staffs are very friendly and atmosphere is calm and the decor is authentic Mexican style. Celebrated my friend’s birthday and loved how the staff came with authentic music and Mexican hat to wish my friend.. highly recommend for family or friend outing fiesta nights.

Very nice atmosphere. This is my first time coming to this place and I was impressed by the menu. They have so many alcohol beverages to choose from. We did not wait for our food long at all or maybe we did and I was just too busy talking lol. Can’t wait to come again.

I wouldn’t come here again most of the food was overcooked and no flav. The waiter didn’t listen to the exact order that we ordered. The liquor drinks didn’t taste like it even had any liquor in it.

I shared papa nachos (nacho toppings on potato skins) a ground beef quesadilla, and pork enchiladas. the papa nachos were amazing and crispy, especially with the guacamole and sour cream that is provided. the beef quesadilla was also very good, with perfectly stretchy cheese and well cooked beef. finally, the pork in the enchiladas was cooked absolutely perfectly, and it was hard to even get the pork on the fork because it would just fall apart. the tomatillo sauce was also great. the service was pretty standard for a restaurant and the atmosphere is great. for example, there is live music in-house in the form of a mariachi band and it adds a lot to the atmosphere when comparing to the standard restaurant music. being here was a great time, and most dishes are perfectly affordable, (except the specials are pretty pricey)
