We had a great time at Casa Tequila! The food was fresh and flavorful — the shrimp tacos were especially delicious and perfectly seasoned. The Michelada was excellent too — refreshing with just the right spice. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service friendly. Definitely a place I’d come back to for tasty Mexican food and drinks!

I ordered the chicken fajitas. This was the first time of being served micro pieces of chicken. All the chicken was diced into small pieces. I was hunting for the chicken amongst the onions and bell peppers. The chicken was tender and tasty but Way To Small. Unfortunately the beans and rice were barely lukewarm. Very disappointing! I liked the vibe of the restaurant and service was very good.

The Casa Tequila food truck arrived to the fall festival in O’Fallon Park and I couldn’t get to them fast enough! They make the BEST street tacos with the juiciest meat and have the best type of corn tortillas! This time I ordered the carnitas tacos (4 for $13.99) and devoured them! Their margaritas are also yummy, highly recommend!!!

The atmosphere was so much fun. There was a mariachi band playing and walking around. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of beers. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Met family here to celebrate a birthday at 530 on a Friday night. They were comfortably crowded but very accommodating to our 14-person party. Wait staff was very attentive. The menu is legit expansive. Food serving time was excellent, especially for as crowded as it was. And finally, for the first time in who-knows-how-long, the portions were so large, I was struggling to clean my plate. It would be impossible to walk away hungry after dining here. For me, it was with the 30 mile trip. I’d do it again, as the food is that good.

For whatever its worth. I walked in to the front to get seated as normal. A guy takes me to a seat. Asks me to pick where I want to sit and then when I picked he scoffed at me. I told him I have to do a smaller table cause of a knee injury. He picked one for me anyway put the menu down on a table and walked away. I sat there for about 5 mins. Look over and the 3 servers are on their phones right in front of the lobby 6 ft from me. I said excuse me are you my server. He saw me but didn’t respond so I spoke up and he scoffed again. Some version of poor body language and then pointed at another server. I was just trying to get my order going. Chips and salsa. Etc
There was only 4 or 5 tables that had anyone and 3 employees on their phone. I almost walked out but a nicer lady came to the rescue right before i did. Smh

Not suitable for large groups. Had to wave down server for refills, to take orders and to bring bill. Servers were busy chatting with eachother rather than serving guests. Food was lackluster and overpriced for what it was.The atmosphere is great, updated and clean.

I’ve been here 2x now, once for dinner with work and then again for dinner (the meal you have if you missed lunch, but too early for dinner ) This is my NEW Favorite place! The pina colada margaritas take you to a tropical destination getaway when you can’t get away! (I’m a lightweight, so it only takes one for me ) The chips and salsa are fresshh and served right away. I like queso, and get an order of that. It could be a little thicker, as it’s a bit on the runny side. I had chicken polo? the first time with rice and beans. Excellent! The next time I had a steak fajita. The portions are enough for leftovers. I always save room for Flan, which is their Mexican creamy custard with caramel sauce! They really know how to make it here! Be sure to try it when you go, I promise you will thank me! Enjoy

This was our 1st time dining here and was very pleased. We actually met up with some old friends and had dinner together. The establishment is very clean and our server was attentive to our table the entire evening. We started with their top shelf margaritas which were very tasty along with their homemade guacamole and chips. Delicious!We all ordered different taco plates and divided up to taste them all. We got the barbacoa, gringo, shrimp, and al pastor. All looked very appetizing upon arrival and tasted great. Prices were reasonable and after we were leaving were already talking about how good it was and look forward to return. Our only caveat was the tables are close to each other and tend to get loud making it difficult to hear your tables conversation.
