Margarita was good, as were the birria tacos. Requested no onions on the tacos and got extra instead. Blech. Could not stomach the weird consistency of the flan. So, it was returned to the kitchen.

The bartender Oscar was great. I got the chori-pollo which was awesome. They gave me plenty of meat and pineapples. I ended up taking half home with me. $3.99 bottled beer was also a good price. I will come again next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been to this place a few times with my boyfriend and a friend of mine. It was pleasant. This place got me into finally liking Hispanic foods. It’s an authentic Hispanic restaurant and is way better than Chipotle. The service and atmosphere of place is overall exceptional. However, don’t come here on special occasions, because service can be slow at those times and place may be packed.

I returned on a Friday night. I sat at the bar, again, and we had a different waiter. Oscar gave me a completely different experience. He greeted me as soon as we sat down. He had chips and salsa brought out to us, immediately. He offered us water. When I ordered the skinny martini again, he offered it in different sizes. I didn’t even know from my first experience that it came in anything but one size, the smallest size. Oscar provided great service. I am glad I gave the place a second chance. Oscar is the model by which the others should follow.
The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars now is because my stomach wasn’t happy when I got home. It carried over to the next morning. There were multiple trips to the bathroom so I’m not sure if my food was not handled properly or if was just my tummy.

Bottom line up front:
While the food and drinks were good, the service was horrible. I had to hunt down Carlos, the bartender, for everything – chips and salsa, a margarita, to order food, a plate to put my chicken wing bones on… everything! I was never offered water, and when I paid with cash, Carlos asked if I wanted my change back. Um, yes, sir, because your service sucked!
I ordered the Casa wings, 2 Skinny Margaritas and the Chimichanga Deluxe (fried). Food was great. Drinks were nice.
Drinks
I was disappointed that while they have a menu full of margaritas of all varieties, they are mostly premixed. The only one that is made fresh is the skinny version. It was good.
Food
I mentally prepared myself for blanched wings that were over cooked when they came out so fast, but I was wrong. The Casa wings were fresh and delicious. No double chewing for me! The batter was crispy and the sauce sweet and tangy just like the menu says.
The Chimichanga wasn’t anything to write home about but it wasn’t bad either. The refried beans tasted canned but the pico de gallo tasted fresh.
Atmosphere
They play salsa music which I love and soccer (or football) was playing on the big TV screens. I felt like I was in a Mexican restaurant.
Overall
All in all, I want to love this place but the service was horrible. It seems the group of nine that came in well after me received better service. Maybe it would have been better if I spoke their language, Spanish. I could tell English was all the bartender’s second language, but it doesn’t take much to take care of people, regardless of the language you speak, especially when there are only 4-5 people sitting at a bar that seats 15-16 people.
I’ll try again. Maybe I’ll get Carlos on a better day or just a different bartender that values my business (and tip)!

I got my food to go but the place was so pretty and homey. The guy at the front ( Tete? ) was super nice and fast!
I got my food super fast and it was really good. Didn’t care for the more orange salsa but The chips and salsa came free with my lunch so I’m happy! Lemonade was just ok.
Lunch here is very affordable at decent size with good, fast food. I will be back!
Edit: so I came back for dinner! I got chNatchos and it was yummy! Service could have been better but still a great time with super fast and affordable food. I highly recommend. My sister enjoyed her steak!

I have been wanting to try this place since I moved here. It’s a nice size restaurant with a good atmosphere. It’s a good place to come and unwind and relax and test the various margherita they make there. The food was on point.
The chicken wings held uo to the traditional bar test and hit the spot. The pork belly tacos were cooked well, I would prefer a little more sauce on them and in a flour tortilla.
The service was great, and a guy named Oscar made the drinks and delivered our food. He was fast friendly and knew how to mix the drinks. Thank you brother.
This is now my new place away from home.

Food was great and the drinks were delicious, definitely go here for a fun time and yummy drinks. Was disappointed with our complimentary chips, as most of them were not full chips and were small, crumbled pieces. Aside from this, service was great and the atmosphere was great for the Friday night. I had the frozen Mango Margarita, which I strongly suggest to anyone going there for a drink. But if that isn’t what you like, their drink menu has many options for everyone.

Unfortunately our waiter I think forgot about us and then then we waived down the manager about our bill. Service does tend to be the issue at this place. Otherwise the food is amazing. I have a fajita tropical and my husband got a steak burrito. Great portions and quality ingredients.
