Wonderful Mexican Restaurant in Laughlin. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. The restaurant decor is done in bright, cheerful colors. We shared a sizzling fajita, and had plenty of food.

We dined at Casa Serrano based on a friend’s recommendation and its convenient location via the sky bridge from our hotel. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and fun, setting the stage for an enjoyable evening.

The food, while good, fell short of expectations in terms of flavor. The meat was tender, which is always a plus, but sadly, it was bland. As someone who loves the bold spices associated with Mexican cuisine, I was disappointed that my meal lacked the vibrant flavors I was hoping for. It felt like there was a missed opportunity to really showcase the rich culinary traditions.

On the service front, the staff were attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we required throughout our meal. However, they seemed to be going through the motions, lacking a certain warmth or friendliness that could have elevated our experience.

Overall, while Casa Serrano has potential with its location and atmosphere, I hope they can enhance their seasoning and customer engagement in the future. I would be interested to see if a different dish might offer a more authentic taste of Mexico.

Service was so bad it ruined the meal. After being seated it took atleast 15mins for anyone to come over. The help was arguing over who’s table it was. Got our meals before the appetizer. Check was dropped with the appetizer and never saw waiter again. A waitress from another table offered us refills much later.

In Laughlin, the food is decent tasting. The view by the window is great, but I feel it’s pricey for what you get. Weekends are a nightmare waiting in line because of the out of towners being here. Best to dine during the week for less hassle.

I came here for lunch with my daughter. We received excellent customer service. The environment was fun with amazing views. The food was fresh and authentic. I’ll definitely come here whenever I’m in town.

I was torn between getting the fajitas option or a combo dinner. Ultimately, I went for the latter consisting of an Enchilada Ranchera with machaca (shredded beef with peppers) and a pork tamale with a side of beans and rice.

The rice could have been hotter and even the enchilada felt a bit close to lukewarm. The enchilada was pretty good as was the pork tamale; both had some pretty tender meat.

When they served chips and salsa, they served two different kinds of salsa, one being spicier than the other. I appreciated that variety.

The service was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive to our wants and answered our questions with ease.

Overall, Casa Serrano wasn’t bad. It could be better but it wasn’t bad either.

Ordered two kids meals and was not told that milk was not a drink option so got changed another $12 for the two milks for my kids because the kid meals only included soda or water. On top of that they up change $5 just so my kid could have meat on his kids meal and $5 for a super small side of fires. The food was dry and hard to even eat, so I paid over $70 what are some of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in 33 years of my life. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We came here for my birthday dinner last week because we visited in October of 2021 and enjoyed it so much. Again, the service was good and the food was great! The super taco with the crispy shell is my favorite! My husband enjoyed the beef fajitas. We actually ate here two days in a row. The view was nice too!

Not at all how I remember the experience of the BHC Casa Serrano or the El Palacio unfortunately. Yes it is attached to a casino but the smoke even lingered heavily into the restaurant. We were seated at a table with a nice view of the walking bridge to the casino and road in front. FYI: Apparently you now only get one basket of complimentary chips/salsa and would need to purchase subsequent baskets. I requested ranch dressing for my salad as it was listed as an option on the menu, but after a lengthy amount of time, was told they don’t have any. We didn’t have silverware at our table so waited a bit once our food arrived. No one noticed until we had to reach back to get silverware from the prepared table behind us. I found a hair in my salad, they left some tail on the shrimp and the burrito was hard enough that my fellow diner had difficulty cutting thru it to eat bite sized pieces. She brought us the check when we weren’t even halfway thru our meal. Our server was sitting at a guest table right at the exit laying out and tallying all the $ bills as possibly an end of shift duty but anywhere else would have been more appropriate as it left us with the feeling that the profit mattered more than the guest experience. I’m sad I wasted 18 years longing to revisit.

This is the third time I’ve given this place a chance, and it has not seemed to change at all, The food last night was absolutely horrendous. I got up all meat burrito, and there’s maybe 4 ounces of meat in the entire thing.

So needless to say, I left hungry and went to Taco Bell.

After spending over $50 on dinner

The service is something to be improved upon as well as every time I’ve gone here. It seems like nobody seems to come to the table and actually give you a refill of your drinks. I shouldn’t have to ask for water.

I’ve had a decent experience at the one in Fort Mojave, But this one I don’t even understand how it’s still open.
