Casa Salza is definitely a hidden gem! Their sweet pork is delicious, we love their taquitos and enchiladas. Their salsa is great too. Give it a try!

Casa Salsa is a hidden gem in Spanish Fork! My wife had the Taquitos and I had the Beef Enchiladas—both were incredible. The salsa truly lives up to the sign, fresh and full of flavor, made daily. It’s a small, quaint spot that delivers a big punch when it comes to authentic Mexican food. Definitely worth checking out!

Casa Salza in Spanish Fork is a hidden treasure. It’s a block west of Main Street so it’s easy to overlook. The sweet pork flautas are ridiculously good and addictive. Their salsa is really unique and crazy delicious. You will thank yourself for trying it!

I have visited this location to many times to count because its my favorite place to eat! I’ve never got bad service or food.
I had one instance they gave me the wrong food right before they closed so i couldn’t return it or even call to complain but the next morning the manager or owner had reach out on facebook to make it right and offer me free meal of my choosing to replace it!

Im finally leaving a review because on this visit 1/24/26 at approximately 7:50 pm we went and ordered food at the drive thru and the kid at the window was phenomenal! He took my order down correctly and then made sure to mark my container so it was easy to identify!
The same kid the took my order brought my food out and we had another pleasant interaction.
Then i get home to eat my food and it tastes so much better than any other visit.. i didn’t even think that was possible because like i stated above this has been my favorite place for a couple yrs now.
Thanks for the amazing service over the years!

UPDATE: Owner thank you for your um response? I’ve been to your location twice first time was good not amazing and wanted to give another try and have something different but second time… hence my review. I like to support local. I also give honest feedback on my experience, would you have liked me to lie? This second time was not great. I would have absolutely asked for it to be remade or just heated up if I had dined in, but as I mentioned before I went through the drive thru and then went home. And it wasn’t that the cheese wasn’t melted all the way it just wasn’t melted period. I totally understand being busy, however that should not be an excuse to deliver half cooked food. As the owner I’d probably expect a higher level of excellence from my staff than just give excuses for them. As a note I have also worked in the food industry and understand the pressures of busy hours. The store was not busy we went by at 2 o clock. I wasn’t saying your food was awful or not to go to your location I was disappointed by the lack of quality when going through the drive thru.
I guess my review should have been, “If you go through the drive thru please make sure to check your food and that it’s cooked all the way before you leave.”

I have enjoyed casa Salsa in the past.*** Unfortunately this time when we went we decided to go through the drive thru due to me being sick and the food came fast which was nice but now I know why. I ordered a cheese enchilada and a sweet pork enchilada and the cheese was not melted on the inside and the pork was maybe luke warm. I’m totally fine waiting for the food to be cooked properly and absolutely expected to wait longer in line than I did. Just disappointing having to cook the food you paid someone else to cook.

Even with the food being cold it was still pretty good. I’m sure it would have been great warm!

This place is great. Very similar to Costa Vita or Cafe Rio but the atmosphere and food are way better. I thought this was a Salsa store when I first saw it but that is a different store (Salsa Madre). I’m glad I looked it up! The steak burritos are amazing and I have two great local places to patronize.

Casa Salza is just freaking awesome. The food quality is so high and so consistent. With a Cafe Rio or Costa Vida, it’s like you are eating a different burrito or salad every time you go, but that’s not the case here at Casa Salza. Consistency is to be found, and the salsa is fantastic. GET THE CINNAMON SUGAR SCONE THINGS. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL.

I get the sweet pork hand held burrito and it is always PHENOMENAL! They have the yummiest and most unique salsa, we love it in our house. The service is always great and they are always on top of it. Great place to eat!

So dang good! Actually leaps and bounds better than we expected! Doesn’t look like much, but it packs a positive punch – we got way more and way better food for less money than at Cafe Rio or Costa Vida. That chili verde salsa is outstanding, too. Super clean inside, too. The ONLY downside was having to suffer through the eavesdropped most awkward first date we’ve ever seen a few tables over.

Friendliest service from a boy named Zack! He payed close attention to our order and repeated it back so there were no mistakes. His positivity was so refreshing!
