Dropped in for taco Tuesday. Clean and bright atmosphere. Busy yet brisk service. We started with sangria and margaritas and we’re not dosapponted. Enchiladas were on the menu so I deviated from our usual fare and was richly rewarded. Best enchiladas I had in a long while. Hubby and friend said the tacos were tasty too. Will return.

Wife and I moved to Nampa and realized there is a Mexican restaurant right up the street from us. Being 4.8 stars on Google we definitely had to give it a try. And In this review you will see why I’m giving it 5 stars.. first impressions walking in the place looked clean and well cared for the host was friendly and attentive. The waiter Chris was very knowledgeable of the menu and was a pleasure to get to know. Our food came out in a very reasonable time, hot and fresh and taisted great so did the chips and salsa. The next week we came back and the owner Gerry was excited to see us come back in and was a pleasure to get to know as well. We will be making this place our regular spot and you should too..

This place was a great surprise for us. We were looking for a new place we can come to after our old goto decided to price us out and not offer a simple thing like chips and salsa without having to pay for them. Service was amazing and food was delicious with good proportions. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

Came here with my bf and had a wonderful evening! The service was fantastic, they refilled our drinks multiple times and we were seated very quickly! The chips and salsa were really good, the chips were warm and the salsa was so delicious! Our food came out fairly quick too; didn’t have to wait long, and was super tasty! I heavily recommended the Enchiladas Banderas. We will definitely be coming back again to eat!

It was our first time eating at Casa Robles, but it won’t be our last! Everyone loved each dish they got and we’re excited to come back. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

It was my first time eating here, place was super cozy, the aesthetic was very comforting. Getting seated for large groups wasn’t a huge wait time either, which is a huge plus! Music is just at the right volume, not too loud, not too low either.

Here’s where I’ll go a little nitty gritty, food and prices. Food looks great, but taste wise it’s.. okay, not really worth the price you pay for but at least it looks pleasing. The amount of meat to veggies ratio could be better, but overall it was just passable. Drinks were as expected as any restaurant.

Would I come back? Depends, if a group wanted too, sure I’ll tag along, but alone? Not so much.

My friends and I dined at this establishment and here are my thoughts: the staff was not very helpful or friendly. I explained that my aunt was in a wheelchair and we had 6 in our group but only needed 5 chairs and they still sat 6 chairs around the table, which isn’t a big deal by itself, we removed the chair. But there were just several little things, instead of asking my friend what her drink was they refilled it with water (she had a soda), and I ordered all rice no beans, but I was given beans etc. It made me feel that we were not being “heard”. Especially when it came to my dish.

We all ordered several different dishes. Some of us thought it was alright, some loved what they got. I have a gluten allergy and the menu has no allergen information, I should’ve been more careful and asked more questions because their shells are not all corn, some are half flour half corn, so make sure to ask for a manger maybe if you have any allergies. Also beware if you can’t have gluten, their carne asada is marinated in soy sauce. (I already had had to send my food back once, so I just took the second one to go for my husband to eat) They didn’t want to answer any menu ingredient questions, even after I explained my allergy…which was a little tough.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Nampa! They’re consistently great 100% of the time. They don’t try to be fancy, or upcharge just because the food and service is great. They’re excellent at what they do, and more importantly great at maintaining that standard year after year!

Ordered the tamale with rice and whole beans. Great meal at a great price! Lots of meat in the tamale, not just a lot of masa. The place was full of people (a good sign!) but we only waited for a couple of minutes to be seated. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly, and even though they were busy, they made time for each table. We have plans to become regular customers.
