Social Profile:

Casa Ramen is a local ramen restaurant that is inspired to serve Dallas’ Best Ramen. Everything we serve is made from scratch in the kitchen, including noodles, broths, tare and toppings. We LOVE noodles and show this in our process of broth-making which can take an extremely long time in order to draw out the flavors from each ingredient. We look forward to serving you!

Never in my many years in Dallas would I imagine a little ramen joint in Casa Linda! Service may be a bit slow but makes for a great casual spot for a sit down with a friend. The menu is not very wide but what we got was flavorful; they have a few food items for those into more American Asian tastes. Wall art is cute; looks hand done too!

Visited Casa Ramen with a colleague, and the food was amazing. I ordered the yakimeshi with shrimp and beef, and my friends tried different dishes they all loved. This was my second time here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I ordered fried rice. It’s was super salty. I asked for some limes even I squeezed the whole lime the rice was salty. The waiter never ask if I wanted something else.
If you really want to eat a reall fried rice, you need to go to BISTRO B. A vietnamese restaurant is on Walnut St and Audelia.

I came here with my fiancé and my one-year-old. Super friendly space a little small inside but very good atmosphere. Our server was a sweetheart, and we felt very taken care of. This was our first time, dining here, the portions are fit for one person, but I shared my orange chicken with my daughter, and we both enjoyed it. Spring rolls are delicious and the Gyoza was very good.
Their house sake was very strong lol. We came during happy hour so it was only five bucks. I’m not too mad about it.
For our tab it came out to be $50ish,
That’s two appetizers, two entrees and sake.
We both finished our food too.
My fiancé got ramen which he said was delicious.

Overall, I give this place a 9 out of 10. For the sole fact that the food was good, but maybe just a little bit bland. ( the chicken )

First time visit, the food was good, not a fan of the bambo but I tried something new. I had the Shoyu soup. The wait staff was friendly.

Food and service was delicious! The flavor of the broth was so good! And the casa platter is a must if it’s your first time there and want to try a little of everything. Recommend to anyone craving a good bowl of ramen!

Service is very slow but you can tell they are trying their best. Our party of 6 arrived within 2 hours after opening and there were 2-3 other smaller parties there. They were already out of beef and shrimp. Ordered 3 spicy miso, 1 Tonkotsu, 1 orange chicken and 1 dry garlic- all which were delicious. Broth was excellent, chicken in the ramen was a little overcooked but well seasoned. Service definitely ramped up as they got busier and more employees came in.

Always double check your to-go orders. I should of learned the first two times this happened, but yet again something was missing. The first order I placed was missing silverware. No big deal. Easy to miss. Second time I order the appetizer was missing. I tied to call but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. And this time 4 of the 8 ingredients were missing from the Veggie Lunch Special. I do order online, but if something is a mishap with the meal please call the guests and ask if they would like a substitution. Instead of just leaving it out. If i wasn’t going to get the tofu, or Gyozas I would of cancelled and ordered something else entirely. Missing the protein in a dish is kind of a big deal. The flavor is good, and I come here because of the convenience in location to my job. But PLEASE make sure to-go orders are correct.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. We were not greeted or led to a table, so we seated ourselves. When our ramen arrived, we quickly realized we had no utensils, chopsticks, or napkins. Since no one came by, we ended up grabbing some from another table. It took about 15 minutes just to get a staff member’s attention to ask for extra napkins.
I also ordered fried rice and orange chicken on the side, and no one mentioned that the orange chicken already came with white rice and broccoli, which I would’ve appreciated knowing beforehand. On top of that, we waited another 30 minutes for utensils. During that time, multiple servers attended nearby tables, but no one approached ours. Our food got cold while we sat there waiting, and at that point, I was ready to leave.
When we finally flagged down a waitress, she didn’t acknowledge the situation and was noticeably unpleasant. I simply asked for a to-go box, and we left.
Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, and it felt like we were completely overlooked the entire time.
