No one was there to greet us. We kept waiting and my husband looked on both sides of the restaurant before someone finally said we will be right with you. Seated. No chips or salsa brought. Drink orders…2 cokes and water. 8 minutes later we have chips, salsa, and drinks. We ordered. Taco dinner and Dinner Ambassador. No cold plate arrived for the Dinner Ambassador. Had to ask the waiter for more chips and salsa. 3 more tables sat down. Kitchen was backed up with regular orders and togo…per waiter when I asked about the cold plate. 30 minutes n later I got my cold plate. Five minutes later the taco plate arrived. Almost 45 minutes later feom when we ordered, the Ambassador arrived. Had to ask for refills. Then just took the Ambassador home since we needed to be somewhere. Very disappointing.

I’ve passed by so many times, I would always say one of these days I’m going to check this place out. Well I finally did!!! The chips were amazing, warm and crisp and I really enjoyed their salsa they were out of their green salsa. It was late after and I had been at a surgery center with my best friend all day, we were both starving. I forgot to take pictures before I started eating, oops
We both ate every bite food was delicious and we’ll be coming back with our husband’s.

Jesse the manager and Heidi the waitress were hands down AMAZING. My friend and I drove from Cypress to this location because it is the closest one to us. They were both very kind and happy we came from so far! We will for sure be coming back. They both made it worth the drive!!!

Not too many Casa Ole’s left in the Houston area. I have to drive all the way to Conroe these days. Once a popular spot in the 1990’s with Casa Ole’s everywhere. Sadly today they are a dying breed. I love the food here. It’s one of a kind.
Did you know that Casa Ole inspired the Gringo’s chain to be more efficient.

I usually don’t post on Facebook , I went to this restaurant yesterday I had been shopping in Walmart for quite awhile and I was tired and hungry . Well I had the best service I’ve had in a good while , I’m in my 80’s and this young man named Jesse was so very respectful nice he went so beyond what service you normally receive in restaurateurs . Besides the great serrvice I received the food was so good . I’ll go back again for sure

We’ve been driving past this Casa Ole for years and have been wanting to try it since most of the older locations we used to eat at have either closed or have gone downhill. We had been told some derogative things about the food at this location but still wanted to go. The food was just as good as we remembered it to be. The beef fajitas aren’t on the same level as some other, more expensive, Mexican/Tex-Mex chains, but they are easily in the top 20. The queso is still good but nothing too special about it. Everyone in our lunch group gave a thumbs up to their meals. The wait staff was very friendly but extremely forgetful. The restaurant was half full of customers with four waitresses tending to everyone’s needs. It took 15 minutes to have our orders taken after ordering our appetizer. It took another 25 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering. An additional 5 minutes after that to receive our eating utensils that we had previously pointed out was missing half an hour before that. If our group had been pressed for time, this would have made for a much more unpleasant experience. The other things contributing to the three-star rating are that the restrooms were filthy and smelled really bad. Also, we were going to order some containers of green sauce to go but the waitress warned us ahead of time that management charges extra if you want to have chips to go with your green sauce. That was a new one to everyone at the table. We all decided to cut our losses and not order any sauces to go. We will come back again someday. Hopefully they will have the place a little cleaner, more organized, and not being so chinchi with their to go orders by then so we can give a better review. (02/2023)

Pretty good place to stop at if you’re already in the area. My husband and I like to occasionally come in after shopping at the nearby Sam’s or Lowe’s. I didn’t have high hopes for the $2.50 house margarita, but they really aren’t bad! Their other drinks are yummy, too, and so is all the food we’ve tried so far!

It’s only been my second time ordering food here at this location because we just hear from Houston. I think her name is Teresa, but very nice and professional. This location has not failed me, with their food and their customer service. It’s very hard to get both now days! Please keep up the good work!!!!

Food is flavorful, but often not very hot. Service is consistently friendly and accommodating! Atmosphere is generally quiet and good for conversations.
