Had a good experience here on our cross country road trip. It was just me and the kids, which had been difficult, and the server made the experience really great. Honestly on food alone I’d give this place a 3.5 but the service was so good that it earned the full five stars. Also the prices are very fair. I got the cheese enchiladas. They weren’t bad, they weren’t the best enchiladas I’ve ever had, but I was definitely happy enough after eating them.

If I could give zero stars I would! Waited an hour and a half just for food to go. They brought us our queso first without chips, drinks, alcohol drinks and by the time we got chips it was stone cold. The manager came to take it and never brought us another one. The manager did tell us to be patient. Our waitress never refilled our drinks plus ignored us three times. There were several couples who came in 45 minutes after us and received their entire dinner while we still had not even gotten our food. The manager was extremely rude and blamed the waitress. We receive 20% off our meal and were pushed out the door. I will not be returning ever to this restaurant it was horrible!

We had a post wedding dinner party here on 12/5… EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing….until my husband and I ordered fajitas for 2 and when we made it our honeymoon destination we opened up the food… it was the exact same amount of meat with extra onions but where was our meat. We had 4 pieces of chicken it may have been 3 (it looked like ine cut in half) and 3 pieces of steak. Our dinner for 2 looked exactly like the one my niece had at lunch… but hers was a single. Honestly it looked like her was more meat… but didn’t count how much was on there just assumed that it would be 2x as much for 45ish depending on tax

I never give reviews, so me doing this means it was that bad. 20 min wait to order, that’s with sitting there with no drink order or chips and salsa. My mom finally spoke up to one of the many waitresses passing us, She said can we get some service? The waitress said I’m not your server she said can you them We have been sitting here for 20 minutes. She said I’m so sorry I’ll get somebody. We waited a little longer a girl we had not seen in the 20 minutes That we were sitting there I guess just clocked in and came and took our order. We ordered our drinks, Large queso, and two fajita flemejato. We get chips and salsa brought out to us with no drinks. We started eating the chips. My mom starts coughing And I told her I would just go get a bottle of water out of the car and she said I could wait and I said no I don’t want you to choke no telling how much longer we will have to wait. I go all the way out to the car get the bottle of water Sit and talk still no drinks! Finally get her drinks. Wait, some more no queso still. The other waitress with the table beside us asked if we have been helped yet With our order as the other waitress is coming up with her food finally she says I got it and the other waitress says oh my gosh thank you so much so I’m guessing this was supposed to be original Waitress? She brings us her fajita meat with no plates luckily, I got mine to go, so I use the top of my to go container to make Burrito. She only gave us three tortillas and one foil so I give my mom the foil to use as a plate. She comes back we asked for the check and to split the bill. My mom asked her to go container for Her food I had to go cup to put her Coke in I asked for a to go salsa for the rest of the chips and queso that we had left She brings out a little kids cup for my mom’s Coke empty salsa container so I put the little salsa I had left In the container, no bag to put our food in and says I don’t have a thing to check you out at the table this time so you need to go upfront to check out and leaves. At this point, I don’t even wanna ask her for the obvious thing that we need a bag to carry all these things and so I woke up front ask the lady for a bag and she looks confused She goes to the back and grabs a bag. I’ll pack up the stuff go upfront to pay and she looks confused again. And here comes the waitress. I have a thing to check you out now so it seems to me they’re very understaffed under trained. The restaurant was not busy. Might go to is always La Cantina here in Orange, but my mom likes their queso. The food was good other than the queso was so salty. We didn’t even have to salt our chips and we are extra salty people. I would have asked to take it off the bill, that’s the first time we had that much left because we barely touched it. I’m definitely salty with them after this experience and will not be Going back for maybe another year again this seems to happen the few times I do go there weather it be to go and they always forget something or crappy service. Today tops off the worst It’s always something I’m not sure How there are not more bad reviews maybe people have just given up on going! This used to be a staple in orange. I used to eat here almost once every couple weeks with high school friends or after high school it would be the go to, to eat chips and salsa and a quick decent price meal.

Tried the crusted chicken for the first time and was very pleased, particularly with the cream sauce. Queso was the right temperature and the chips were fine as usual.
Chris took good care of our table and was pleased to receive a visit from Matt with management to see how things were. Very pleased with attentive but non-intrusive service.

So, I thought I’d try another location of Casa Ole’ to see if their sopapillas were as good as the Beaumont location. I ordered the crawfish, shrimp and spinach enchiladas, which I find that I like a lot, queso, tea, and sopapillas. I really like their cold salsa for the chips, too. Everything was going very well. Then, halfway through the enchilada dinner my waitress tells me that they’re OUT OF SOPAPILLAS! Well, she didn’t yell it like that, but may as well have. She was very apologetic, but I was VERY disappointed. How could this happen? Oh well, another day, perhaps. That’s the reason for four stars instead of five.

I don’t necessarily believe this is a five star restaurant but it is a place to go for a moderately decent meal. It’s one of those places that it is a consistent median so you know what you’re getting every time. Service is okay and they are pretty quick about getting your meal out to you. I will definitely go back and I would recommend it to family or friends

Service took forever. Then found out that 2 businesses run in this building. The other business inside is Man is Fries.. it took me about 10 minutes to realize that all i had to do was just ask for the other order. Instead of leaving. Trying to find the said business, right after walking out the building.
