Wish it was no star choice. Extremely Slow service. Was not busy. Asked if the salsa was spicy and it was even though I was told that it wasnt spicy. Would have ordered a cheese dip or something. Waited for my husband’s food and extra long time after the kids and i had already got our food. Was Bad food. Way more Expensive than other places. Burnt chicken, tasteless sauces. Went to pay with cash at register but couldn’t pay had to go sit back at table so waitress could take my bill and money to that exact same register in the front to cash us out.

Haven’t ate here in years so gave it another shot. We sat and was not tended to for about 15 minutes. They sat us in an area that was already crowded while other waitresses were standing around with no tables. Another table was seated and immediately was tended to, Because we waited so long we were ready to order when the waitress finally came. The other table ordered after us but was also served their food first. The rice was hard and tasteless. The waitress forgot our refills we asked for it. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

So, I thought I’d try another location of Casa Ole’ to see if their sopapillas were as good as the Beaumont location. I ordered the crawfish, shrimp and spinach enchiladas, which I find that I like a lot, queso, tea, and sopapillas. I really like their cold salsa for the chips, too. Everything was going very well. Then, halfway through the enchilada dinner my waitress tells me that they’re OUT OF SOPAPILLAS! Well, she didn’t yell it like that, but may as well have. She was very apologetic, but I was VERY disappointed. How could this happen? Oh well, another day, perhaps. That’s the reason for four stars instead of five.

I don’t necessarily believe this is a five star restaurant but it is a place to go for a moderately decent meal. It’s one of those places that it is a consistent median so you know what you’re getting every time. Service is okay and they are pretty quick about getting your meal out to you. I will definitely go back and I would recommend it to family or friends

I have been eating at casa ole since I was a child as far back as I can remember we were working real close to this franchise the other day and decided to stop and try this one for the first time and by far this is the best casa ole I have ever eatin at the waitress was amazing the people were friendly the chips and salsa were extremely good and the food was perfect the prices were a tad bit high but so is the prices on everything else but the food and service was well worth it so I gave this place five stars definately will be back again
