Terribly cute and fun and unsung .. What a gem! I wish I traveled more in that area just for this place. Everything was perfect. I got the nachos and I’m promising you won’t be able to eat it all and you won’t be hungry for the rest of the day and have more for the next day. That alone made the price more than worth it. I love it so much and hope to return soon

This was my first time trying this place out. I ordered steak tacos, rice and beans and a steak burrito. The steak tacos had good flavor but the steak pieces in the tacos were just too big so with every bite I had to pull away from the taco. The rice and beans were great but the portion seemed like it was for a baby, very little. And the steak burrito, well I’ve never seen a Mexican burrito with white rice. It was not good at all.

We were hearing lots of great things about Casa Oaxaca. We stopped in on a Taco Tuesday. Plenty of parking in the lot. Really great decor. Plenty of seating on both sides of the restaurant including a nice bar area. There’s also a tv in the bar area for sporting events. Very clean restaurant and a great staff. When we were leaving, I noticed the tortillas being made fresh in the front of the restaurant. Made the experience even better.
The food is amazing. They start you off with chips and salsa. We came during happy hour on a Taco Tuesday. We wanted to get a little of everything to try. Everything had great flavors. My favorite taco we had were the Carnitas. Really delicious chimichangas with a fresh guacamole. The empanadas were fried perfectly. The were filled to capacity. It was not like other places that put a little meat in the middle and it’s mostly shell. To end the night we ordered churros. Freshly fried with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Really finished off the great experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

Went with a friend for weekday lunch. We shared a chicken quesadilla and a steak bowl. Both were very good. We also had a hot chocolate with everything… and on a cold winter day, it was just what we needed.

This place is delicious, and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered so far. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service has been extremely slow lately. For example, we ordered a kids’ cheese quesadilla and it took over 40 minutes to come out. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or if management has changed, but just be aware that your visit may take longer than expected. The food itself is still great. Staff is also super friendly!

Me and my boyfriend hardly ever go out to eat and when we do we like to go to Spanish cuisine. We saw this nicely decorated restaurant on the corner in Bethel. Once we walked in, we were seated right away and asked our drinks as well right away. Once we were sitting at the table, we smelled a very very strong cleaning solution, but it also smelled like body odor mixed with it. We weren’t sure if it was just the table with a dirty cloth or something different. We ordered our food, thinking it would go away, but unfortunately, throughout the whole time after we ordered our food, it got stronger and stronger. This place was absolutely disgusting. When they brought our food out from the back, it smelt like rotten fish coming from the kitchen. Having already ordered our food and our drinks, we picked up our food and hardly eat. We felt so uncomfortable. We did the right thing and paid for our food and tipped our server, but we will never be going there ever again. I tell people to be aware because you don’t want cleaning solutions in your food You want cross contamination from the kitchen if you are allergic to seafood. I ordered chicken tacos and my plate literally smell like boiled fish. Please be careful eating there. We will never be coming back there again.

Casa Oaxaca is a popular Mexican restaurant known for its authentic Mexican cuisine and lively atmosphere. The food was fresh and tasty, with dishes like guacamole and chips, chicken quesadillas, and a variety of tacos. The mezcal and tequila selection was also very appealing. The service was excellent and the portions are known to be generous.

Ordered the churasco steak, better than the churasco at “Avacados” down the block but more expensive. $29 steak white rice ( no beans) and tostones (no mojo!?) white rice tastes like it’s from a rice cooker. Steak was top notch. But I was disappointed I got no beans Mojo and why not serve sweet bananas if your not gonna provide mojo ♂️ excellent customer service. Quesadillas were good seasoned well

You feel welcomed while you’re there. He will give you impeccable service and even makes great recommendations on what to try. That’s how I tried the margaritas and the empanadas for the first time. I’m glad he recommended them both. Very good. I will be back to visit again in the future
