We bought today to go chimichanga, flan, chiminana, and queso. The chimichanga was ok for ND Mexican, until I found a hair in my food and had to stop eating. Then, we tried the dessert: the flan was ok, but it tastes like cinnamon and I’m not used to flan with cinnamon. Then, we tried the chiminana and honestly that was horrible. The banana inside was half thawed half frozen, and just gross. I had a small bite of it. Besides that, we placed an order to pick up and when we stopped to get it we asked the host if the queso had with chips (when ordering online it doesn’t show). He said no, so I ended up paying $10 for a bag of chips just to get to my car and find out the queso did come with chips. It was disappointment after disappointed. I would not eat here again.

The food was fantastic as was the service. We had 3 different servers helping out, and they all were very polite and friendly. I tried the Chipotle Shrimp and Chicken and it was awesome. The smokey flavor and the heat was perfect for me. The Shrimp Tostada was packed with juicy Shrimp and avocado with a hint of lime made for a perfect bite. Can’t go wrong with the chips and salsa either, great heat and flavor. I don’t come here often, but I’ve never had a bad meal. This is a must try Mexican resturant, you won’t want to go to that other place in Grand Forks, this is authentic Mexican food.

Lots of menu options!! Delish delish delish food, quick turnaround, and friendly staff. The dining area was smaller than average so not sure how large groups would fare. Our table was very wobbly/uneven which made our water glasses dance frequently. Only gave 4 stars for service as I asked for chicken but got beef (in the end it didn’t matter as it was delicious anyway) and we had to wait and ask for water refills. Definitely would revisit next time we are in town!

Ive been wanting Mexican for quite some time but good Mexican is hard to find. We lucked out and found a great spot to eat! I especially loved their white queso! We were all pleased by our meals. Pictures of what we ate attached ti this review

Smiling faces at the entrance, accomadating to the menu and requests I had. Absolutely delicious! Best salsa Verde and chaulpa I’ve ever had. Full of flavor in the complete package.
