First note, if the parking lot is empty, that doesn’t mean you should get out of dodge. It means you should listen to the other reviews, and come up with your own view of the food and service! I visit family in Orlando a few times a year and keep trying to find authentic Mexican food. I am spoiled in Chicago and will let anyone know it. This restaurant finally hit all the marks!
My family of 6 stopped here at about 4pm on a Sunday and the place was empty. This made my parents nervous but I told them to just go with it. We ordered apps, cocktails, and beer and were served immediately, with fresh food. We each ordered an entree and it came at appropriate time post appetizers. The vibe on a Sunday at 4pm is obviously lacking so can’t say much about that, but I hope they are busier on week nights.
The food: I have had a lot of birria and while I love the flavor, I hate that so many places over saturated the meat with oil and cheese. Casa Mexico’s birria had great flavor, had a normal amount of oil (from cheese and consume that you just have to expect), and that to die for crispy tortilla. I’d give it 4/5.
My family ordered tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and esquites. Everyone said it was delicious. The salsas were so good and flavorful. I hate when I get a tomato salsa at a Mexican restaurant that taste like Pace jarred salsa. Not here!
Finally, I had both the holiday margarita and regular margarita. So so good! Another thing Orlando Mexican restaurants get wrong is the terrible margaritas, but this spot had legit ones and we were happy campers. Thank you for bringing authentic, fun, Mexican food to the area! We’ll be back for sure.

Great service and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Selections were unexpected and very tasty. Guacamole was made to my individual taste. Not to spicy, just like I like it. I highly recommend and will be returning soon. Patricia and Gabriel went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything we ordered. Food was fresh and outstanding. And lots of it. Enjoying the leftovers for dinner now. Thank you for a great lunch. Muchas Gracias, Patricia y Gabriel!

I like this restaurant because the first thing is painted purple my favorite color that made me feel very nice, the atmosphere was quiet even though there was music you can have a conversation without raise your voice. The dish was very well presented, I found an authentic mexican flavor. A big thanks to the waitress I didn’t asked for her name but she will know because she was the only one, she was really nice with a big smile that made us feel comfortable, she was very attentive and brought my dish exactly how I asked taking care of my food allergies, Keep it up

Was looking to try out this spot, decided to stop today & I think 3 stars is fair. The food was average, needed more flavor for me. The guacamole was good & made fresh. The staff were nice & welcoming. Overall I would try the food again to try a different dish but the flavors could be better from what I’ve had today.

Very nice place food was very good. Waitress was nice was seated quickly provided chips and salsa. Food came out quickly. It was good temperature. I will definitely come back and on this side of town only thing that I didn’t write it a bath was because of the music. Music was fine, except sort of loud to where if you were having a conversation, you would have to speak loud to hear each other other than that great place.

Victoria made our experience at Casa Mexico even better. The food was really good and very traditional—no flavor was missing at all. She gave us great recommendations, and every dish and drink we tried was delicious. The drinks were tasty and well made, and her friendly, welcoming attitude made us feel taken care of the entire time. Definitely ask for Victoria when you visit! Going to make this place on of our go to spots for sure 🙂

Great place for a family dinner or drinks. Patricia makes great table side guacamole. We had at least five different dishes and the queso flamando. Everything was amazing and the portions are perfect!!!

This is our second time coming to casa Mexico about a year apart and the food is still consistent and good we love the queso we do wish it was a bit warmer but it was a bit slower so not sure if that has anything to do with it. But the sopes always hits the portions are big for the price so I think it’s fair. The guacamole made by Patricia is great it is $12 but it’s hugeeeee and fresh ! Gabriel was a great server as well very chill vibes and good food 🙂

The food was amazing, the lemonade was great, the sweet tea not so much. The waitress is a hard worker, and kudos to her and the cooks.

I got a ceviche Camaron and medium frozen margarita (added corona to make it a corona-Rita) The food was delicious and the service was on point. I was checked up on every 5 minutes or so. Come here for some good drinks and fresh food and also make sure to ask Gabe for a mezcal old fashioned.
