The nachos are amazing good choice too for an appetizer. Keep in mind a lot of the pulled meat will be juicy so your taco bottom will come apart quickly so anticipate a messy meal!
I ordered the tamarindo drink, which I’ve had before and usually enjoy it should have a balanced sweet and slightly bitter flavor. However, this time it was completely watered down. Even after mixing it well, it still tasted like flavored water. When I brought this up, the bartender with glasses, who made the drink, responded with attitude. Rather than addressing the concern professionally, she coached the trainee on what to say to us, essentially dismissing our feedback.
What really surprised me was their unwillingness to make things right. We were told, “This is how we make it here,” and that they don’t remake drinks or offer exchanges period. It felt more like we were dealing with a rigid family business that prioritizes their process over customer satisfaction, which is disappointing. Most places would either adjust the drink or take it off the bill if the customer isn’t satisfied, but not here.
That said, aside from the drink and poor service from the trainee and bar staff, the rest of the food and atmosphere were good. If they had taken a bit more care in training their new staff and ensuring they deliver decent customer service, it could have been a much better experience.
If you like margaritas, this is definitely the place for you. They are fantastic and lots of options. Patio photo is from their Preston location.
I ordered a Tamarindo drink, and it was completely watered down with no real flavor. When I politely asked if I could have it exchanged, one of the workers said “that’s how it’s made,” which honestly came across as dismissive and unprofessional. If a customer isn’t happy with something, especially something as simple as a drink, there should at least be some effort to make it right.
On top of that, the service was really lacking. Once we got our food, we were barely checked on at all. It felt like the staff didn’t really care whether we were enjoying our meal or not.
Overall, between the poor customer service and the low quality of the drink, I left feeling dissatisfied. Definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect when dining out.
Though cauliflower and fish tacos are good I will say.
Spicy mango margarita had no taste of natural mango or any spice and felt as a generic one
Mistake we did was order mains instead of ordering more tacos, and enchiladas were full on bland with boiled potato filling(couldn’t find any tomato/onion/jalapeno in it) and had no taste though it was something like 27$ odd, it felt like it should be half the price.
Even chirros were not crispy and tasteful.
Service was good but would be great to hear some music to minimize noise from other customers
Overall we felt like we overpaid for a subpar food and experience
The bean dip was beyond a spice level I have ever had in my life! My mouth was on fire, had to order a side of guacamole to balance the heat.
I feel like the server could have maybe mentioned that we were about to order the dip that is hotter than hell. Would’ve been a bit helpful.
had to wave the server down a lot for water and napkins as there wasn’t much table attention,
