Food here is hit or miss. The shrimp creme was delicious, where as the green sauce enchiladas left room to be improved. Service and overall atmosphere is decent and it’s nice to have a good Mexican food place in Middleton. They offer a wide variety on their menu and do a good job at it.

We have driven past Casa Mexico in Middleton numerous times throughout the years since living here, but have not tried out the restaurant. It is a very low key place, and the time we were there, it wasn’t that busy. It was nice and quiet. I ordered the carne asada, and my wife got the chicken chimichanga. My carne asada came on a huge plate but, was a little bit salty, but still edible. My wife’s chicken chimichanga was good. I would go there again, but perhaps maybe once a year.

This place is delicious. I have been the ere a few times. This time was great. My order came and the server let us know the plates were very hot. When I started to eat my meal I noticed it was cold. I said something to the server and she let the cooks know about it right away and she then brought me out a new plate. It was hot and very good. Would come back again.

Good atmosphere, dining area is clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Margaritas were delicious! Food was alright, the chicken tasted old. The rice was dry. The chips and salsa were the best.

Service as fast and fantastic. Prices are reasonable. Ambiance is great, and the restaurant is very well decorated — you can tell it is well established and has been in business for a long time. My wife and I ordered off the vegetarian menu and were disappointed by the food. The rice was a tad undercooked. My wife ordered enchiladas and I ordered the chimichanga, which both came out the same (same tortilla, sauce, and filling). The filling itself was an odd Asian vegetable blend with baby corn, snap peas, and water chestnuts; certainly unexpected for a Mexican restaurant. The experience on the whole was a good one, but probably won’t be back.
