The guy at the front is so friendly and makes sure no-one leaves hungry. I got the Burrito al Pastor with rice, beans, pork, cheese, and I think avocado stuff as well. And look at this boy! It’s so freakin’ chunky and substantial and tasted really good. And in the room we were in they had a really badass mural—don’t miss it.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by warm smiles and a comfortable atmosphere. We were seated quickly, with a comical movie style quickness we had our drinks, and a heaping basket of chips and salsa placed in front of us. The service was kind and efficient and the food was good! We enjoyed our experience and will absolutely return.

Several years ago, this restaurant was subpar. However, if you haven’t been lately…please give it another chance!! Food has improved, salsa is spicier and more flavorful. Would love an upgraded real margarita (fresh squeezed lime, simple syrup, grand Garnier and high end tequila) but other than that…huge improvements and worth another chance.

I’ve been searching for a great spot for Mexican food – Casa Mexico is wonderful! From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. So friendly and welcoming. The food was fabulous (the salsa has a fantastic kick!) and I felt like I was on vacation. My new favorite little spot in Eagle. 🙂

We haven’t been in quite a while. Our lunch was such a treat. You always feel like family here. My wife was fortunate enough to get the last of their special lunch tacos! The care they put into their food and hospitality is top notch! You can feel and taste the passion they put into their craft. Gracias Eduardo! We are grateful to have a taco to take home!

Amazing salsa!!! I am sure people come here just for the salsa. It has a unique flavor and the consistency is just right.
I had the lunch special a giant burrito filled with pork chili verde rice and beans. It was pretty good.
I gave them 5 stars because so far to date, this is my favorite salsa.
So far, Best salsa in idaho.

Went for lunch today and that will be the last waited 20 minutes for a glass of water and a glass iced tea or did queso dip. She didn’t even bring extra plates when the meals come out the wife got hers first and I had to wait 10 minutes to get mine. The plates are hot, but the food is cold . maybe we just inconvenience the server because she didn’t wanna help us

Great Mexican restaurant. As others have said before, their salsa is distinctly delicious- my wife filled up on their bottomless chips and salsa before we even got our meal! (Our food was done in a timely manner, my wife is pregnant right now and has a limited stomach capacity.) The pork burritos I ordered were stuffed full of soft, marinated cubes of pork which were quite tasty. It was a little more expensive than other authentic Mexican restaurants my wife and I frequent, with us spending $42.50 (including the tip) on both our lowered priced meals, but as usual we both went home with leftovers and enjoyed them the next day!
